He might have cost 35 million and scored 2 goals, but Torres cost 50 million and only scored 1 goal and was fully fit for all the time. It was great to see him score, though it was ruined by the shot of the scum in the crowd celebrating. It's funny, the only people who seem to be doubting him are the 'experts' on Youtube. Ex managers, players and pundits all think that he is a world class player and will prove that again next season. As a Liverpool fan, I wish him well, he did all he could for the club, both parties have moved on, let's just concentrate on our own team and say thank you Nando for all the great memories.

We have the best manager in the game, one of the best coaches around and we have some great youngsters coming through. The signing of Ashley Young, a holding midfielder and another defender will put us right in the title mix in 2011/12.

Liverpool have a GOOD manager but NOT the BEST, Liverpool have GOOD coaches but NOT the BEST, Liverpool have GOOD youngsters coming through but not the BEST and i believe that IF Liverpool signed Ashley Young, holding midfielder (Charlie Adam) and a defender (Gary Cahill) you COULD be top 4 next season but you would DEFINITELY NOT win the Premier League because everything at Liverpool from players to coaches is GOOD but not the BEST which is what you need to WIN The Premier League.
