If our country doesn't receive the bailout, it won't fall to shambles like they say. What would happen is the institutions would have to basically put the band-aid on their own knee, and not use American tax payers money to fix their mistakes. If we don't receive the bailout, the banks will be more strict with who they give money too for loans (which by the way is what they should have been from the beginning), and the prices of homes will continue to drop until people can afford them!

Unfortunately, as others have stated, they got the reference wrong. If you read the entire quote from the original source, it is clear that it was Rockwell and not Paul that said it.
I have no problem with people making mistakes, so long as they correct them (will that happen?) but what is sad is that too many people accept things they hear on CNN, etc. without question.
