Olha só, tive pesquisando sobre a lap que vc comprou, lindona por sinal, e é o seguinte ela usa um captador single coil então esse aí que eu usei não vai muito adiantar porque ele é bem maior a não ser que vc modifique o instrumento. Vc vai ter procurar um single coil legal Como disse a no site da guitarfetish tem muitas opções e os caras mandam pro Brasil e recentemente troquei os da minha tele e simplesmente adorei o som e paguei barato! Hey Man!! Thank you for the words!!! O captador usado usado nesse video foi um genérico, genérico mesmo, comprado no Mercado Livre apenas para testar a lap uma vez que essa lap steel foi a primeira que montei e não queria gastar muito. Apesar de genérico era muito bom mas acabou dando defeito depois de um tempo. Depois instalei um Seymour Duncan SH-1N e ficou maravilhoso! Se fosse hoje em dia tentaria algum da GFS. A GFS tem excelentes captadores com uma ótima relação custo benfício. Abs!!!

The original solo was played by David Gilmour in the album The Division Bell and this song is and this solo is very very nice!!!! Have a many versions in youtube. Ohh sure! When you play a slide the most dificult thing is to know the correct tune and exact point of the string have a correct note. Only your ears with your mind can say yehh it´s time to stop the slide, and sure many and many hours of study! Regards from Brazil.

arghhhh !!! i have had it playing this solo i am considered a pink floyd enthusiast but this song is so hard to get the sound right everytime i play this solo with my slide and my strat it sounds like im stangling the cat with a mic stand violently lol ! LOL

Esta foi minha primeira fabricação de Lap Steel e foi uma experiência extremamente gratifcante poder tocar algo como este solo em um instrumento feito por mim. Hi! In this project I´m use a generic humbucking. Recently I construct other lap steel but I only found the tone that I want when use a SH-1B of Seymour Duncan. No hum, or buzz. The sound is bright and very nice. To me now that´s the best option. If you have other questions please send-me! Regards!

Hi Menamestom! Thank´s for your words! Answering your question I´m use in this project a generic humbucking pickup. Really a generic pickup but i made a modification to change a coil configuration. I can select one coil only or two coil in series. In this video I´m play with a two coils in series! About your lap steel I can say GO! That´s gratifyng experience! Really but in the end of construciotn when you listen the sound it´s incredible. When you think a few months ago that´s a only a piece of wood and now is a musical instrument! It´s a very good sensation!
