I recently visited all these places on my trip to Japan, and recorded them all. I will edit the footage soon and upload it as a video tour. :)

The best part however, was having a conversation with the 'Elfen Lied' shrine shrine-keeper. I'm quite advanced in the Japanese language, so I managed to have an amazing conversation with him in which I told him the shrine was my favourite in all of Japan. He was really pleased!

WOOOOOOOW this is fu***in amazing!!! those pictures are very detailed. it does exactly look like kamakura in real. i thought they changed it up a bit, but i was so impressed when saw this. almost every scene and every place does really exist. i guess the laboratory is the only place that isnt real. the beach few on the stairs looks so awesome. and there are even the real sings and markings on the street. great video.

@Litchytaste Its ok I've seen this anime a hundred times and it gets me every time. I cry like a baby and I'm a full grown man. I believe this series shows the duality of humans. On one side we're capable of unspeakable acts of horror and on the other side able to show great acts of love and compassion. Another lesson to be learned is that there is always room for forgiveness no matter what.

ja gibt es. der ort ist kamakura and japans ostküste. ich bin begeistiert wie originalgetreu sie alles nachgezeichnet haben. ich dachte die meisten gebäude hätten die zeichner sich ausgedacht und ein paar echte orte eingebaut. aber fast alle szenen in elfenleid gibt es wrklich, also die orte. ich bin grad voll beeindruckt^_^ die haben sich sehr viel mühe gegeben.

@001mangomango Why not the graveyard? It's right next to the steps with the view of the ocean leading to the jojuin temple. It's so close you couldn't miss it. This is also not far from the train station, close to the gokuraku-ji temple
