  • what are you pressing when your deleting the faces, i cant delete just faces and vertices . it deletes everything even though i cut it in half and selected only the one half.

  • @boomerbros94 Well, before you add the skeleton, apply the modifier. Just make sure you like the model before doing so.

  • I've been having some problems with the mirror modifier. I've been modeling a face, but when I mirror it the mirrored side is a different color and it acts as a separate object when I subsurf it, which makes creases where the two halves meet. What am I effing up here?

  • i might be wrong but did u apply to mirror first? try doing that im not quite sure though.

  • Could you tell me what you did? I'm running into the same problem.

  • It really sucks if you've modeled half of your object already, because you have to add the modifier to the base object (the cube that's there by default for ex.) and then select the points on the half that you want to be mirrored and delete them. It'll look like nothing happened, but that's just the mirror working. I think that should do it.

  • Yes, I had modeled the face and then tried to do the modifier, but you have to do the modifier on the base object.
