I was there too this year. We noticed Carolina Rib King kinda hidden at the back with a short line-up. We thought it was a bad sign but we went for it and you're right, it was by far the best we've had in four years attending Toronto Ribfest. We went back a second day just to have the same ribs again. Damn, I miss em already.

THEY ARE COMING BACK FOR TORONTO 2009 RIBFEST!!!
I tried them last year as I never had seen them before. They TOTALY had the best tasting ribs by far there. Try them! You won't be disapointed.

Funny, I just attended RIBFEST: Toronto 2008 and out of all 20 vendors I thought these guys were the best
