this is a horrible phone! i've had it for about 2 years now and it always shuts off by itself freezes sometimes the touch screen will just stop working or the inside screen will stop it had cool apps and a nice design .. it always drops calls or the inside screen only half will work and it just loves to turn off by itself.. i woudnt reccomend this to anyone youd be better with the cosmos touch its a amazing phone!

This is one of the few feature phones (for the idiots, that means not a smartphone with Android or Windows Mobile) that has Flash in the web browser. I have this phone and haven't had a single problem.

@hockey1992 I only have to charge mine maybe once a week so the battery life isn't that bad. If you're on your phone or any phone for that matter all the time you're going to drain your battery.
i want to trade in my motorolla v750 for this phone but it will cost about $400.00 for all three of us since our "contract" is over. i love the phone... it will help me out because i like how you can actually view .doc files off of you microSd. sometimes you will think that Verison sucks beacause you cant get unlimited texting and it is just for some people too expensive. so it will be a wile intill i gwt this phone

I have this phone and I do believe it lives up to the LG name. Naturally it has it's quirks such as turning off at random and freezing, but these are issues that can be found in many phones. Overall I'm happy with the phone. Sadly, the front screen has a pressure crack (how I don't know, I have taken very good care of the phone). I have researched my options, and if I do replace the phone, I may end up getting the same thing because everything else doesn't impress me.

I highly do not recommend this phone. The touch screen is terrible quality, I have to re-calabirate my touch screen about every 15 minutes, the phone calls people and contacts when you put it in your pocket, the phone turns off quite often, I can not use any special characters, can not send pictures to any of my AT&T friends, the list goes on and on. This is a terrible phone and I regret ever buying it and do NOT recommend it at all. Get the Samsung Rogue. Or a BlackBerry, much better phones.
This phone may look cool but I've had many problems the touch screen didn't work very well and i would have to fight with opening things. It would also turn itself off when ever it wanted to without me even touching it. Got a new one and its still causing problems. The screen wont light up when i get a message and the screen sometimes changes colors and gets all shaky. If i were to get a new phone i would stay away from LG they seem to make horrible phones!

For those who just got this phone, I'll give it less than 2 weeks and you will hate Verizon.
This phone is one of the main reasons I switched over to AT&T just now. (My Env touch is restarting every 10 seconds as we speak)
I can get a Smart phone and pay around 70 bucks per month on an individual plan. Oh and I wouldn't waste a penny on the Env Touch 2.

I'm trying to decide between this phone and the Samsung Reality. Easy texting and email with some web browsing is what is important to me. (I know the smartphones would be the ideal choice, but I'm not forking over 30 a month!). Any advice? Thanks for the help!

Interesting. My past 3 phones have all been LG and every one has lasted for the duration of the 2 year agreement. My brother's Motorola Razr on the other hand broke 3 times during the course of 2 years

i have this phone and it is fucking amazing! i reccomend it 2 any1!!!!the camera is amazing,the keyboard is also amazing and the touch screen doesnt lag at all! i have had no problems with it and the screens have amazing quality but this phone!

Yes. It needs the 9.99 data plan per month which gives you 25MB per month.

I highly do not recommend this phone. The touch screen is terrible quality, I have to re-calabirate my touch screen about every 15 minutes, the phone calls people and contacts when you put it in your pocket, the phone turns off quite often, I can not use any special characters, can not send pictures to any of my AT&T friends, the list goes on and on. This is a terrible phone and I regret ever buying it and do NOT recommend it at all. Get the Samsung Rogue. Or a BlackBerry, much better phones.

This phone may look cool but I've had many problems the touch screen didn't work very well and i would have to fight with opening things. It would also turn itself off when ever it wanted to without me even touching it. Got a new one and its still causing problems. The screen wont light up when i get a message and the screen sometimes changes colors and gets all shaky. If i were to get a new phone i would stay away from LG they seem to make horrible phones!
