  • quenquen411 i prefer you ta trip to Turkey. Maybe if it is possible on your next holiday. i would like you to host one day.

    Sevgiler...

  • As a Turk i must say we're not evil's also barbarians.Maybe sometimes hard and edgy, but we've fear God and believe in its justice. @monroekissedme thank you. The people who lives under the The Ottoman legacy has improved and keep they own culture. Besides many kind of other's. Maybe hey hate us.Because like it or not there was an invasion. But we are respecfull to other religions end cultures. They (Ottomans) saw themselves as they who bring justice and we are always proud of it.i love this song

  • @tkendirli I don't know guy....if you say so.....I think the Turks can be harsh cold people. I don't have much of a desire to ever know another Turk again. I'm a soft type of person and I like my softness. Turks are kinda lacking in softness. Not saying this meanly to you but honestly without hate. Just letting you know, f this comment offends you or someone else I will remove it.

  • @tkendirli You WOULD say you're not evil!

  • This rules!

  • good song

  • this song is soooo fuckin trippin haha

  • devil's music

  • is clarinet or sax???????????

  • @DavideAmbrogio it's a clarinet.

It's widely used in in the eastern Balkans, including including parts of Greece.

The band plays music in likeness to Eastern Europe and the Balkans, and compared to actual music from that area that I have heard, they are spot on!

They add their own flare here and there, which I don't mind.

I am definitely buying their albums.

  • @DavideAmbrogio Im pretty sure thats an alto sax

The cool thing is that in my opinion its all about how the approach and manipulate the horn, similar to John Zorn

Clarinet is also common in Balkan music tho,

    Love it!

  • добра свирка и добро звучи..нама Србима познато..ок...

  • Ottoman was a multicultural nation! Turks, Greeks, Arabs, Serbs, Armenians, Persians, Kurds there are many minor nation that were Ottoman!

  • @tentenusta61 yeah, but they attacked the minorities... the Christians.. Armenians, Assyrians, and Greeks... a lowly worthless memory the Ottoman "Empire" is, lol

  • I read "Most unheard song on Armenian radio, 2006." , and I nearly died laughing.

  • a hawk and a hacksaw - vasalisa carries a flaming skull through the forest

  • I miss this so much

Allah bless the spirit of all the Khalifas_kuwiat

  • @Q8tyabella arabs shouldnt have ally themselves with the british and betray the caliph, joining british army and killing caliph's soldiers then.

  • @monroekissedme

Yes maybe. I don't know the absolute truth behind the end of the Islamic Caliphate This is our destiny anyway. And we all hope that Islamic Caliphate return. And the past is over and we have learned from it

  • @Q8tyabella after arabian and indian betrayal, the turks decided that the caliphate really doesnt work and it keeps them backwards, so they abolished it.

  • @monroekissedme When did the Indians betray the caliphate?

  • @slimshadythe2nd i was referring the muslim indian soldiers in the british army in world war 1. the caliph declared jihad but no one cared.

  • @monroekissedme true ...but most of these soldiers were hindu or sikh, and those that were muslim didnt have any choice, they were controlled the british, they probobly didnt even know that they were fighting Muslims until they got to the fighting. Also many Arabs also fought for the Ottomans ,.you cannot blame a few races for the defeat, because it was caused by general corruption that came from all muslims.

  • @slimshadythe2nd muslim indians were helpless, I understand that. However, arabs actually took up the rifle and fought against the caliph's soldiers. they werent under british control but under british provokation. bosniaks, circassians, kurds and turks proved themselves loyal to the caliph, so the corruption didnt come from all muslims. becouse of the arabian betrayal, the empire had to fight in one front more.

  • @monroekissedme true, look at who is suffering the consequences, the Arabs betrayed the Turks but are now living in corrupt, third world countries that are puppets of Israel, and they are being bombed and occupied. Some freedom if you ask me. , and Turkey is a wealthy developed country and the most beatiful in the world, but look at what is happening? They are giving up and destroying their past. In Istanbul where beatiful palaces and gardens once stood, ugly western concrete buildings take over.

  • @slimshadythe2nd I would say it is quite not true. Turkey is returning to its Ottoman roots. It is called "neo-ottomanism". every ottoman feast is celebrated in a very enthuistiastic nature and ottoman legacy is reborn.

about arabs, yaser arafat -may he rest in heaven-, said the same thing you said: "we are being punished becouse of our crimes against the caliph".

  • @monroekissedme I've read that the Palestine's saw Arafat as a terrorist and a roadblock. And from what I've read about the Hamidian massacres... the Ottoman Empire was something of a ruthless evil hateful sect. Inform me on this please

  • @quenquen411 ottoman empire wasnt a sect but an empire. hamidian massacres cannot be justified eventhough cannot be called genocide either, becouse they are only massacres. besides, they are reprisals against the betrayal of armenians on the region, since they were joinin the russian army against their own empire.

  • @monroekissedme sorry but u are greatly mistaken. The Hamidian Massacres and the Armenian Genocide are not the same events. Between 1 and 1.5 million people were killed during the Armenian genocide, and it was not just the Armenians that they were wiping out. u say they betrayed the Sect, but it seemed more like racist hatred and paranoia much like that of the Nazi's (although it wasn't at as high a clip). The Ottoman empire had long been uncivil to the Armenians, they just wanted there rights.

  • @monroekissedme ottoman empire had many armenian parliementaries at the time even ministers. anyways, turkey is not ottomans, we had a revolution, since no one can blame france for what the king did, no one can blame turkey for what ottomans did.

  • @slimshadythe2nd in fact, my grandfather says seven of our family is missing in action in yemen front. I dont know if it is true but we(people of eastern turkey) have folk songs related to arab betrayal.

  • I just listened to this song while on a bus in Istanbul. I got strange looks from the Turkish man beside me.

  • Turks are freakish and evil.

    This song is not.

Now, what are your feelings? do you hate the racist? are you offended? oh, but his music taste is good. Is he but a bored and lonely troll? Fire!

  • @Magikawp Dude... you don't know how many minds you just blew / are blowing right there!

  • @Magikawp hey hey hey what do you mean?!

  • @Magikawp You're a troll no matter what the answer is, but considering the fact that you made me answer, you're a pretty successive one. Well done.

  • @Magikawp I thought this was evil and racist also, after reading about the Hamidian Massacres... Now I'm about to read about the Armenian Genocide... also that of the Greeks and the Assyrians - the people who share this world... wow.

  • I need to learn this sax solo, simply amazing song.

  • I absolutely love this song, and I'm Armenian.

  • @ridethecamel626 I'm armenian too, and also love this song... it's important to realize that music is a universal language :)

  • @Hbardhye89 armenians are ottomans too. ottoman is an empiral word comprimasing everyone in it. since there were many armenian pashas, military officers and statesmen in the ottoman empire, it was the empire of all of us.

  • As soon as I saw the title, I knew this was my band.

  • God bless the ottoman empire !

  • @bosnaknazi

Da ti go nachookam v ustichkata...

  • @bosnaknazi indeed :D

  • @bosnaknazi The Ottoman empire was a sect of cowardly low grade sub human Muslims, who attacked minorities in a spiteful flailing in the wake of there unquestionably showcased weakness when looking up at the Russians. No blessings for spiteful hateful evil cowards. But I like this song... nice rhythm, kinda like a dance rhythm !

  • @quenquen411 It is a dance rythm, It's exTREMELY common in Eastern European music as well as Turkish.

  • Epic!

  • beautiful
