Aw,bless! Female comics are generally funny to other females,& gay men! I think the perception is that comediennes can't/won't touch on subjects which comedians will,i.e. Frankie Boyle! I think that's why there's a place for the female funny.Not that I'm infering you say otherwise.You just say you don't find 'em funny,point taken. Comedians don't 'do' womens bits,as a rule,unless it's disparaging,& women generally don't 'do' c*ck jokes,unless it's also disparaging!
