I think this house is on the way from Dingboche to Lobuche (like the video says) 1-2 hours after dingboche. There is only 1 house on the way to Dughla, where you normally rest for lunch, so it must be this one I've seen. I've been there 3 weeks ago so I'm 99 % sure ;-)
I have recently come back from this Everest Base Camp trek and I would add a couple of things. The first steep walk out of Dingboche is hard but by no means the toughest of the day ..... after a long walk on gently rising ground there is a much longer, steep climb that lasts 2 hours medium pace / 3 hours slowly. This gains a lot of altitude to and takes you up to 5000m .... our group had no problems until be reached this height then everyone felt it and a couple got really sick.
i have been too enthrawled in the videos too make a comment, can't wait to watch the next one . but you are right we must congratulate you for these excellent videos 5 stars for sure
