RVD was busted for weed when he was WWE champion, stripped of the title, suspended, then released. He joined TNA last year. Lashey never resigned, and is trying to go the Brock Lesnar route into MMA, specifically Strikeforce. Finlay retired as a wrestler, and was working for WWE and a producer...
