Each time a Turbo is sold, a GTR blew its tranny and how much for the traany???? Trust me, you don't want to know......at least, we know, now why the GTR is cheap, so Nissan didn't make the same mistake twice: the VSPEC is not much quicker BUT it is twice the price!!!!!! @V12EATER fastest 4 seater really??? i wouldnt go that far, the new CTS-V can hit 60 in under 4sec as well and thats a 4 door sedan as well, ALOT of other 4 door cars come close if not match the speed of the GTR, and MANY surpass it in quality, sure some ppl would rather be seen in a supra or gtr, while others prefer to be seen in a car with class, superior build quality, and a reputation of more than 20yrs or so

@mikethebeast1012 yea true a cts v is an amazing car and its pretty darn fast but it is in fact a sedan..so it would never handle as good as a gtr on a race track...but i would have choose it over a gtr myself because its just a beautiful car lol i love cati's

@mikethebeast1012 CTS-V....really?....you'd compare that to a GTR..a GTR can hit 60 in 3.2 seconds...plus there is way more advanced engineering in the GTR than a simple cadi....think its safe to say that the GTR IS the Fastest 4 seater...and its faster than some 2 seaters too...so just cuz u like a car..it doesnt make it the fastest....

@Pancho9112 well considering there were only 10 made, the fact that it is in no way stock, and modified by Brabus, and with all that its only .2sec faster to 60mph than the CTS-V, so to rephrase the CTS-V holds the title of the fastest production sedan in the world, i mean ive seen plenty of sedans run 10s with extensive modification so the Brabus isnt really that impressive when you consider the price

@mikethebeast1012 It doesnt drive around a track for you....The GTR has a semi-auto dual clutch tranmission which either is for manual or auto, you can also turn all driving aids off. All the computers are there for, so when exitting a corner the GTR can use full power and use all 480 BHP without lag, the computers also make sure that the person driving the car knows if anything goes wrong it would display all this data on screen...I'd do research on the car before saying things like that....

@masonizere i was not reffering to the trany, my car has a double clutch as well and so will most performance cars soon, i was talking about the fact that electronics control everything the car does, but if those driving aids are on you will not get all 480hp (that nissan claims) since TC will likely kick in all the time

Wow. Again the Porsche nut huggers are up in arms whenever a GTR wins. They bring up the same buzz words (transmission)- which happened in 2009 and has been fixed (the GTR uses a launch control without turning off VDC-R - keeping warranty). They complain that the GTR is modded vs the stock TT in this vid. He spent some of the 70K he saved not buying the Porsche (the Switzer R1000 is a good choice btw). Porsche fans - the GTR forced your beloved company to improve (997.2 TT PDK). THANK Nissan!
