It is always wise to build baneling nest against terran, especially in lower league cuz we have so much mineral or gas floating late game like that. spam Z and spam E, run over terran push on creeps = profit.

TB just isn't familiar enough with zerg yet. Macroing and microing efficiently once the game goes to 3 bases is hard with a race you're super-familiar with, let alone one you only just picked up relatively recently.
