  • The Killer and Tom Jones. I never thought I would see them performing together. Great clip and thank you for this rockingterry. Thank you very much indeed. Two guys, JLL and Tom, from very modest upbringing, one from Ferriday, LA, and the other from Wales, UK world apart but thanks to their unique talents they became world famous. When I see this I tend to believe in the human race again. How much haven't they given us? Tom gets cooler the older he gets and the Killer, always super cool.

  • Who do not like this go and eat your liver, fys, cry ... ....

  • What an amazing collaboration between Jerry Lee and Solomon Burke. Absolutely Beautiful.

  • He was 75 on 29 Sep. 2010. No 80!

  • eu quero ser que nem ele quando eu crescer...

  • that´s very very very very coooolllllllll

  • Old band kicks some "great" asses - isn't it? They have "killing" solution for RNR - they are best!!!!

  • Man Tom Jones still has a great voice...long as he keeps away from the rap he is great!

  • Hey Jerry, You're the BEST.. Keep on Rockin..

See you at Clear Lake on the 19 of Feb

    Robert

  • @robertatwood1 clear lake, CA?

  • She wouldn't be satisfied with the Great "Solomon Burke," JLL, or E.P. Please don't leave out the genius that was Solomon Burke. Passed much too soon. An incredibly underrated and underrecognized brilliant talent. Mis U Big Sol.

  • TOM JONES???? freakin' sweet!!!!!

  • love you jerry lee lewis

  • Legend got love Jerry Lee

  • when was this made???

  • Solomon passed away last October (I think) 2010 in the Amsterdam Airport. Don't know the cause. Solomon was filled with class. His style of rock/blues was right there with JLLs. I wish more folks could look past the "color" issue and take people for what they are. Lots of pure talent floating around out there.

  • @rmachayes: Amen!!! If that ain't the livin' truth!

  • Wow. I've been watching this great post for over a year and didn't know of the passing of the Incredible Solomon Burke. My deepest sympathies go out to his family, friends, and fans, of which I have become as a result of this posting. I am stunned, and speechless. So much respect for Solomon for being, I believe, the only black artist here to salute JLL. I salute you, Solomon.! It's ez to go with the flock; much harder to blaze an original trail, as Solomon did. My heart is filled with sadness.

  • @glenneveaux I honestly never heard of Solomon Burke until he did this duet with JLL. I, too, became an instant fan...what a powerful voice!

  • @retroeddie Solomon Burke was a powerhouse coming to singing.

  • oh my god ,def i say

  • What a ride we had Jerry, Soloman. Wouldnt take nothing for it. What a pleasure to grow old with the Killer and Soloman as well. Our aging is like a fine wine, we just better and better. All the best. Very sorry to hear of Soloman's passing. He lived his life like he sang his song, dignity and with honor. RIP.

  • he's 84 and could probably kick ur ass, u fuck:)

  • He can stil rock but God he looks awful for 75 or less.

  • THE KILLER!!!!

  • Never mind all this crap.. Lets hear it for the TAFF

  • @shinotora1X wat is TAFF ?

  • ALL KILER, NO FILLER

  • Waylon Jennings, whom Kris Kristofferson has called the best Country and Western singer ever, once said that when Hank Williams Jr. was singing the blues, his daddy ran a poor second to him. I don't think Hank Jr. needed Jerry Lee to show him how to do it. Love them all though, but Waylon is just the best ever.

  • @eclecticsteph JERRY LEE WAS A CLOSE FRIEND OF THE WILLIAMS FAMILY AND WHILE HANK JR WAS GROWING UP JERRY LEE TAUGHT HIM HOW TO PLAY PIANO. HENCE WHY I SAID HE TAUGHT HANK JR HOW TO BOOGIE WOOGIE . EVEN HANK JR HAS BEEN QUOTED AS SAYING AS MUCH. ALL THE OLD GREATS ARE GREAT AND IM NOT PUTTING SHIT ON ANY OF THEM. AFTER ALL JOHHNY CASH WAS ONE OF THE EARLIEST ROCKABILLY S. ALONG WITH CARL PERKINS AND FRIENDS. THERES SO MANY GREAT ARTISTS ITS HARD TO REMEMBER ALL OF THEM.

  • Jerry Lee see you next year in London!!!!

  • So sad that Mr. Burke passed away recently :..-)

  • Fell in love with you and your music when I was 9 years old - you are as great now as you were then, Killer! x

  • OMG Jerry and the king Solomon were FANTASTIC!!!!!

  • Knock knock.

    Who's there?

It's the singer. I've lost the key and don't know how to come in. ;)

Not something you can say about Sir Tom but I loved Jerry's (nod just in case).

What a cool night this must have been.

  • God bless you Mr Lewis

  • ....just wonder....will Ronnie be the `last man standing`...?

  • Is That Tom Jones!?

  • I can't believe I never heard Soloman Burke sing before this Jerry Lee Lewis DVD. He was so great. It's so sad about his passing. It's so great that he sang with Jerry Lee. They are great together!

  • Mr Lewis has remained alcohol & drug free for many years. God has blessed him with longevity. New recordings of hits "Mean Old Man" available now.

  • sounds like the same thing is happening to Jerry's voice as with ray charles towards the end of his life; too many shows graveling up his voice.

  • @MrTennisballs Yep,,,Hate to see it happen but thanks to YouTube we can listen to all of Jerry, young and old years.

  • No one could hold a candle with J.L.L when he was at his best - still good now and still pulls em in.

  • God bless Solomon Burke RIP big man!

  • das wilde vieh is jerry lee

  • Comment removed

  • go away tom Jerry is king by him self

  • @elvisgorman Very true on that - tom should`nt be on the same stage as J.L.L.

  • so sorry that you can't get your feet or your ass up on that piano.

Gerry, you are a sorry sight.

Tom Looks and sounds great though

I guess your wife's about forty now!!

  • @theloudhalo

You asshole do realize how old the "killer" is? This guy is a legend and he still can sing! I thought he did an outstanding job considering his age and condition.

  • @legalrule Good man and comment - the KILLER still rules.

  • @1bridlington

Hell yea the KIller still rules and he still Rocks!!

How many people sing like he does at this age??????

  • mis respetos, SEÑOR

  • Guess it has been a while since I've seen The Killer. Still sounds exactly the same. He looks every year of his age though. He is a treasure. Glad he still performs.

  • He has flames on his piano so that he can play faster.

  • Last man standing? He's barely able to sit here.

  • what's the name of the second song ?

  • Happy 75th Birthday Jerry Lee! I'm 41 years old and first heard you sing and play when I was five. You have always been one of my musical heroes and you truly are one of the founding fathers of Rock and Roll! God Bless you Killer and thanks for so many wonderful memories!

  • Was that Cleo Laine as a backing singer?

  • Is that Tom Jones with the Killer???? WOW! Both are still ROCKIN n ROLLIN strong!

  • Comment removed

  • I sure love this.Thanks.

  • GREAT TO SEE_____ KEEP GOING KILLER!!

  • This has brought back so many great memories.....!!!! Older but better than ever!~

  • Killer the greatest

  • go killer - we jus lov u

  • I wish someone would let Jerry Lee's producers and promoters know that he doesn't need bimbo back-up singers and famous names on his records, he's amazing on his own.

  • @Ringoisgod

I agree about the famous names but come on, every major rocker has a line-up of bimbo singers, Elvis, Little Richard, even more recent ones, Rod Stewart, Joe Cocker, the list goes on and on. They provide filler making the songs even richer. Yes he's great on his own but hell, even Tina Turner has the bimboes

  • @Ringoisgod a lone Metalhead from Italy humbling quote you, bro'! =)

  • @Ringoisgod exactly I cant stand the likes of KIDROCK!

  • jerry.......i love u.....no other singer gives me goose bumps like u do!!

  • The Killer is still great.Someone should have taken that no talent hack, Kid Rock, out back and beaten him within an inch of his life to have the audacity to stand on Jerry's piano, what a low life piece of trash.

  • @exilemike lmao :))))

  • Tha killa

  • The Killer and Jones, outstanding team!

  • i hope he gets a 100 years old becuse the futures kids need to knows what REAL music is!!!! not some shitty bull crap that todays artist sing

  • We have lost so many of the original great rockers, Elvis,Buddy,Carl,Bo,James ect, but we still have the killer. He is great......PEACE

  • well done jerry i am really proud of you well done sir , def a real man who lives in the real world great Sir

  • well done jerry

  • he has the beutifull devill in him

  • Whats Jones doing on the stage with this legend.!!!

  • A pretty good job from what I can see.

  • how name this concert& I wanna donwload this. Please help me

  • And he`s still going - rock on Jerry.

  • Can you imagine what it is going to sound like in Heaven. with Elvis, Jerry Lee, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins,Buddy Holly, Conway..And many more...Oh my god, we'll be jitter buggin in heaven

  • @bettygs47 When this guy`s gone there`ll be nothing left - he`s the last of the legends.

  • they dont make music like this anymore!! kinda sad.

  • It's really going to suck when all these guys are gone because the new crap will keep on coming, and you all know how much we love the new music. Peh, right.

  • @kikster93 We still got the blues, and that`s in good shape if only the radio stations would play it !!

  • go killer

  • the one, the only, the KILLER!

  • When the Killer gets to heaven (cause that's where the fuck he's going), he's going to be young again but he's going to have all the skill he spent a lifetime perfecting. There's going to be a hell of a concert up there. Jerry has entertained millions and made them happy. I think that's basically a good way to live your life.

  • Rock on Killer, Love ya'

  • Save all your old records and c.d's...because when all these rockers are gone...we'll still have the best music ever...there is no more being played today,,,,can anyone remember who had the biggest song of 2009? think about it

  • Ok MOM! I know you adore Tom Jones. I am a Jerry Lee Fan and you know it. Jerry is almost dead, and look he sang the shit out of this!!!!. Your tom rocked too.

  • ele é o cara

    parabens Jerry Lee Lewis

  • Killer does the BOOGIE WOOGIE. HE SHOWED HANK JR. HOW TO DO IT. ASK THE KILLER WHO THE KING IS.

BEATLES = COVER BAND OF R&R CHUCK, CARL,ELVIS,LITTLE RICHARD ALL RIP OFFS OF THE REAL STUFF. BUT THEY DO AN OK JOB.JUST AS THE STONES, ANIMALS,YARDBIRDS THE BRITISH INVASION. STINKING POMS.

  • @75jlf Jerry Lee tells the story about years ago he and Chuck Berry came to blows over who was the King of Rock and Roll. The interviewer asked JL what the outcome was and Jerry said, "he proved he was." I love Jerry Lee and Chuck Berry but the real king of Rock and Roll is Elvis and the Grandaddy is Little Richard. sj

  • @eclecticsteph i like little richard but hes more like the queen of r&r. Chuckle Berry is most definately the undisputed granddaddy of r&r. Jerry Lee will always be the killer. BOOGEY WOOGEY

  • @75jlf Haha, no homosexual comments please. Little Richard was singing Rock and Roll before Chuck. Now having lived in St. Louis, I love Chuck Berry, but Little Richard WAS first. Yep, Jerry is surely the "Killer" He's just amazing. sj

  • @eclecticsteph not discriminating against homosexuals, i mean that is little richards sexual orientation. that R&R chunka chunka rythym is chuck with his geetar. Thats what makes him the grandaddy and little richard the grand mammy. Somone always wants to hit chuck hes an arrogant old fucker but hes still the grandaddy of R&R.

  • @eclecticsteph YOU DID KNOW LITTLE RICHARD LIKED THE DICK. DIDNT YOU ?????

  • @75jlf got to laugh! good comment

  • fantastic this man is the best a legend he is

  • Danm, I cry when I see this,. it st just good, I have now no words. Jerry is still the best. ,.....Who is the next to be.......

  • Hang on Jerry don't leave us yet man. Get em Killer!

  • Just the best..The man, the legend...

  • Greatest song ever

  • omg - I just wish I had 1/1000th of the talent you have Killer - you keep us all young -and your country songs are soooooooo good - let alone your RnRoll

  • The Killer will never die. He truly is the last legend standing.

  • @dmichael1986 what about CHUCK BERRY?

  • but i'm very mad about the end of the movie '' great balls of fire '' !! ... it ends like the career of jerrly is done !

  • That movie was horrible....

  • living legends !!! damn legends ...

  • think about it Jerry......Take Care "old" Buddy.

  • I am sorry I am a Killer fan but this DVD is a train wreck. Whoever thought releasing this was a good idea needs to be fired.

  • Jerry Lee Lewis,Mickey Gilley and Jimmy

Swaggart are cousins.... All of them can play and sing... we are fourtune that we still have all three of them... they have lived a Hell of a Life all three.

  • i wanna know why in the world someone else signed jerry's name on the piano?

    and on the album cover?

    i mean, really.

  • jerry is about 74 and still rockin`.

  • Jerry Lee and Tom Jones--too really hot guys!! I had never heard Solomon Burke before. Wow, what a voice! And--Ron wood just hanging out in the back--WOW!

  • what a great set by bunch a of legends

  • I find it hard to see Jerry Lee as a frail, sweet old man but I am pleased he is playing well.

  • Be a sad day when JLL leaves us.

  • AMEN 4sure74!

  • Thank you rockingterry for posting this, a great piece of Rock & Roll history!

  • love for THE KILLER.

  • How sad that some have nothing better to do then come here to argue about what Jerry Lee and Elvis did DECADES AGO?? GMAFB already!

Jerry Lee, "The Killer" is the man, always has been and always will be!!

Make no mistake though, Elvis Presley is, was & always will be THE KING OF ROCK & ROLL! End of story... ;)

  • "The Killer" is the man, always has been and always will be KING OF R'N'R!!!!!

  • The killer still has it!

  • @planetmoonscape yeah right....Tom's still got it though

  • @planetmoonscape yes jerry still has it so does tom , but toms son will be never in his dads ability great stuff 2 great artists at work

  • Presley was courting a girl 14 - where j.l.lewis came from it was normal to marry young girls - in Africa they ge married at 9 and 11 years old - been going on for thousands of years.

  • Presilla was 16 before they got to know eachother.

  • @blakkelure Dont think so.

  • I correct myself.. The met eachother when she was 14. He met her in Germany back when he was in the army. But it never got serious before she moved to the US. Then she was 16..

  • kpreston69 - lisen the music, don't bulshit around. Give a respect to the KING, of R'N'R!!

  • i saw him last monday here in belgium i'm only 17 but this man is a pioneer of rock and roll i just love his music i must tell the show was awesome

  • where is the bummin around video he did with merle haggard?

  • I'm 40 years old and one of my 1st musical memories is hearing Jerry Lee Lewis singing on one of his country albums my mother had. Jerry Lee is one of my all time greatest musical heroes and I'm happy he is still rockin' and Rollin! God bless you killer, and you'll always be a musical genius in my eyes!!!

  • Can not compare, or put on the same level, Jerry The King, and that guy named Elvis. Can not do same with new shitty guys (metal, hard or what so ever peaces of the same subject). Solution is simple music goes into the soul. Somebody can do it for generations but mostly, so called musicians, can not. So, does not matter are you 70 years old, or not. What meters is. You are, or you are not!!!! Jerry Le is certainly IS!!!

  • JUST PERFECT !!!

"End of The Road" performed by "The Killer", together with "The Tiger",can "save" a dark autumn-day !!!

    THANX !!!

  • what name of 1st music???
