  • Ok, 1 this is a Stiff Legged Deadlift, not a Romanian Deadlift. 2 is she using an EZ Curl Bar for Deadlifts? 3 Did she just say you should inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up? I mean WTF!!!

  • She is doing nothing wrong. Butt out, knees not in front of the feet and a straight back so she isn't putting too much pressure on the lower back.

  • There are so many wrong little things she's doing. Her arms are over extended, she is way too fast when pulling the weigh up, her back is not straight all the way.

  • on romanian deadlifts the emphasis should be to stick your glutes out as far as possible (obviously without falling over). Also i believe romanian deadlifts are not de-weighted on the floor. So you could say romanian deadlifts are like partial deadlifts but with a strong emphasis on hams and glutes.
