It did snow in Avondale next to the Cardinal's Stadium. My husband and I saw the snow falling from a group of clouds. A friend of ours saw the flakes but they didnt stick to the ground. This is insane people. In 6 months the valley should be in the one hundred teens.

The Valley (Southern part) is a desert and it's called the "Sonoran desert". The central & northern part of Arizona is higher in elevation. Flafstaff, Sedona, Prescott, Winslow & Grand Canyon area is not part of the Sonoran desert. Flagstaff has pine forest eben, A lot like Northern California.

@callouschristian there are more resources in arizona than people understand. here in the valley (the desert) people assume its nasty and dry and depleted of resources. and one can see where they would draw that conclusion. however, the water table under ground is so high that farmers say its difficult to grow some crops because it is too much moisture saturation in the ground for those particular crops to grow. there is 100 years worth of water in Phx. thats why you dont see restrictions here.
