This doll is a fail. the hair tools dont even work! the crimping is the only one that worked at least half way. but it still sucked.

i had this. i was mislead into believing you could cut the dolls rooted hair, and replace it with the extensions, completely wrong... now all i have is a doll with a bad haircut, and these spools of hair i don't know what to do with.

that is a lot of work for a little girl to be doing! Is this doll really intended for grownups? By the time most children develop the necessary motor skill to thread the tool, they aren't interested in dolls anymore.

I am glad i saw this commercial before i got one for my niece, because she would only keep bugging me to do it for her all day.

I found out that if you pull too hard to get the hair out of the extention tool that the clip can't hold the hair so the hair falls out.
