Has this actually worked for anyone?... I've been doing Insanity, and had awesome results, but i need a workout for my morning routine as well.

P90X or insanity are good your on the right track :)

Do they mention in the DVD what song they are chair dancing to? It'd be nice to have the song to dance to once we have mastered the dance. Once again thanks a billion for this upload, its soooo sexy and fun!!!
