lovely, she's got lovely control of her feet and is very on her leg. Her elbows feel a little sharp towards then end through the effort of her fouettes are probably distracting her. She's got tons of potential and as time goes she can help to soften her overall frame a bit.

@imperialsilverstain um, yeah, ive been on pointe since i was 11. its like gymnastics, better to start at a young age cause your more felxiable, therefore you can keep it. also like dancing, you need to start at a young age. pointe is the same.

@imperialsilverstain i went en pointe at the age of 11. it all depends on the strength and maturity of your feet and legs. if your feet were fully developed by the age of 9 it would be ok. the ages that aren't ok (and they put children en pointe at these ages quite a lot in russia) are from the age of 4-8. that's just horrible.

Amazing! She's awkward now, only because she has to grow to be a tall slender beautiful ballerina. All good ballerinas know the awkward teens are the biggest competition. Once their growth spurts are up they rocket away. They are the principal dancers! Not the ones who will never grow taller at age 13, so they seem to improve the fastest. All awkward beautiful ballerinas- Odette, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and Aurora are yours! :)

It appears as though she has private classes at a professional studio. The girls that are super amazing always have a lot of classes a week and usually have private lessons. Very good! I can't even do a single pirouette on pointe.
