@NHL11360 He was a kid then he was young and he made a mistake it was to guys going out having fun together and it ended in a tragedy for everyone including heatley, it was a horrible accident that he has to live with for the rest of his life I think that's punishment enough.

He smashed into a wall and his teammate died (Dan Synder)

He could have went to jail for 15-20years but he only got a 3year probation wow at the laws these days. He was going over 2x the speed limit and he killed his friend and he gets a 3 year probation? Just wow.
