I bought a synergy ozone system from Ebay. Uses pure oxygen, but you can use it with ambient air if you need to.

I am assuming that the tube of stuff that was cable tied to the top was filled with a descant in order to dry out the air? I use an O2 concentrator so I don't have any HNO3 as a byproduct. I do hope that thing has a built in carbon filter to remove any precipitates of the stuff O3 breaks down in the water.

I think its activated carbon to keep oxone from leaking into the room.

carbon + ozone -> carbon dioxide 3C + 203 -> 3C02

you buy the machine on ebay and u have constant supply of ozone water ,, as u use the water from your tap and ozonate it
