Here is the tune you need

-Cobb stage 2

-3"straight pipe stainless exhaust with the Mazdaspeed Racing tip

-Aem complete air intake and a higher turbo boost

This is my setup and I got almost 400hp

And it is completely safe for the turbo and the engine .

Your clueless my friend there is a 494whp 481trq Mazdaspeed 3s on stock block, clutch, and tranny and plenty around 400whp 400wtrq on the all stock internals and clutch.

The Injen CAI makes a big difference. Picked up 5 mph on a friend's car. Definitely can't call that "stock" anymore.
