Actually Chow's are more likely to bite you than a Pit. I've had three Pits and the only dog I've owned that was supper aggressive was the Jack Russel. For a Pit to be aggressive it has to either be afraid or abused and trained to attack. These puppies will grow up to be sweet house pets if given to the right family.

@lilshorty17ify i was having a great day until i looked down and saw your comment saying that when pitbull pups get older they are going to be bad. you obvously know nothing about pits. my whole family has pits, my uncle has 3 my other uncle has one i have one my cousin has one. we dont hae a single problem with our pits. a pitbulls behavour depends on the owner and how the owner raise the dog. do some research on pitbulls, i gurantee you find out that pits are actually very well tempered dogs.

I'm sorry, but there are just sooo many Pit Bulls in the world that it is rediculous! There are full litters being put down right now because momma didn't get fixed or 'breeders' couldn't find homes. It's sad and I hate bursting bubbles, but this breed should not be bred for a while.

@KamLautner this is the same with every other breed in the world. Pit Bulls are the worlds most misunderstood dogs that have a horrible reputation because of the owners, not the dogs.

@ashleyszakacss I know it happens to most breeds, but everyone is aware of the outragious numbers of pitbulls there are that have no homes. I mean, it's great that people want to 'better' the breed, but people need to look past the thought of having better looking dogs and give the ones in shelters homes. I agree that is the humans at fault, but there are still MANY things that need to be dealt with here. I don't even know where to start.
