@mrbwdjr01 I'm not really sure. It was just something I felt like doing. to give some separation from the bigging part and the rest of the song since they sound so different. It's like the beginning has it's own musical idea and the rest has another. I guess that's what they call AB style and I was just dividing the A from the B with a pause. Maybe it was dumb to do but I did it anyway cuz it felt right to me. doesn't matter either way though really. it sounds good with or without a pause to me
@bstearns00 that's cool is does change keys and has a very different feel, I'm still a beginner and just trying to learn from as many people as possible. I take lessons and we just started working of River Flows in You, you play that song beautifully.
