Nice acting - she's just not sexy enough for Carmen. Voice too light for my taste. I prefer deep rich mezzos for Carmen like Baltsa or Maria Ewing. The best flirtatious Carmen though is Julia Migenes but her voice is a bit on the light side too.

She has the greatest voice ever and is a very good acress, so subtile, pure magic on stage. See what happens between her and the others on stage she's singing to. That is just amazing!!! Hardly ever see that happening on stage. Touching!!!

I love Teresa¨s voice, her Rosina is the best, for I don¨t think she¨s the best Carmen, because her stage presence is not for a gipsy in my humble opinion, I also think Ewing is more suitable to the rol. I like Baltza also

Teresa's the all time best, there's no doubt about that. And she's definitive not big, what a stupid remark of njattack. He's not only deaf but also blind.

Teresa the best? She's certainly the biggest! Watch her sing the Gypsy song. She's so big she needs the guy in back of her to help her stand up! Kinda of suprised she didn't fall through the crate she was stomping on.

Ewing is far better. Also, slimmer.

Good voice, talented singer and actress. I think she is the second best carmen, even though the first is not a mezzosoprano. I think Callas's best role is Carmen, she sung it with the voice half-darked (because she was going to lose it) of a gipsy.

Teresa is the BEST Carmen at singing points! I don´t think, that Callas´s the best role was Carmen. Her the best role was TOSCA in my opinion, or another dramatic roles, but not Carmen...
