PUt your front foot in kickflip position the other on the tail kinda hangin off the side. Then scoop it with your back foot and flick kinda like a kickflip. Then keep your body centered out and try and keep the board under you. Or just stay above it and dont be afraid to land on it.. then it just takes time to get them really good.
