  • Where can I buy the goat cheese some supermarkets don't carry that kind.

  • @lilmissdaisy100 - I used herb-crusted goat cheese to stuff the chicken, but you can use regular goat cheese. It should be available in the cheese section of any major grocery store in North America. Otherwise, try any other cheese you like. There are no 'rules' here... make it your own :)

  • i just made these and my brother and dad loved it =D thanks for sharing!!

  • I found your recipe this afternoon and made it tonight with great success. Unbelievable flavor. I didn't have goat cheese so I used Pepper Jack instead with some sun dried tomatoes in olive oil as the stuffing. The wrapped bacon sent me over the edge. Bacon makes everything good in my opinion. So moist, juicy and tender. Thank you for sharing and I'm glad to have found your channel.

  • @reichardtaj - I'm really pleased that this recipe worked out for you, and that you decided to put your own twist on it by experimenting with different flavor combinations. I might just try it your way... it sounds terrific. Cheers, B.

  • I...I can't...I bow to your mastery of bacon, my liege...

  • OMG!! that looks amazing .

  • Oh, you didn't cut the chicken open and show the cheese melt :(

  • First video of yours I've seen & I am excited to try this out for the family. Nice to know meals like this can be created with a young one in the house - my 2 month old tends to interrupt at the most inopportune times!

  • WOW!! Dinner is going to be good at my house tonight! THank you for this video!

  • @misscarolinec - My pleasure - enjoy the recipe, and feel free to post your feedback on how it turned out.

  • That looks super healthy and still so yummy. I'm going to try the whole meal! I love pasta and pesto.

  • I'm gonna make this "Heart attack in a pan" for dinner and wash it down with a glass of melted butter mixed with sprite.

  • @PAPAA1212 - It's not quite a Paula Deen recipe. ;-) If you use turkey bacon, this is actually quite healthy.

  • @cookinginhd Fair enough. But what about the Goat cheese. What's the sub for that?

  • @PAPAA1212 - Goat cheese is actually one of the healthiest cheeses you can get. For a 30g portion (about 2 tbsp), it has only 6g of fat, and 80 cal. That's quite reasonable given the extra flavor it adds, IMO.

  • Can you use something besides goat cheese? I am cooking this tonight and was just wondering.

  • @BlaineMooneyham - Of course you can use something besides goat cheese. If you have other cheeses on hand, try something that's not too runny when melted (feta cheese). You don't want the cheese to spill out from inside the chicken. Non-cheese options would be sauteed mushrooms, roasted red peppers, spinach, etc. Try something creative!

  • @cookinginhd I have mozzarella would that be okay

  • @BlaineMooneyham - It'll be fine, and taste great. Some of the cheese will melt and leak out, but wrap it well with bacon, and that should take care of it. Good luck.

  • @cookinginhd We just finished eating and I had to let you know it was wonderful. Thank you for the recipe.

  • @BlaineMooneyham yes fine.

  • @BlaineMooneyham dumbest question i have ever read

  • @looneyirish007 Why was that such a dumb question?

  • r u professional?

  • @mentalshade - No, I'm not a professional chef. I'm a guy who enjoys cooking for family and friends. :-)

  • Oh my goodness!! That looks so very amazing!!!

  • This Look Great!!

  • OMGosh. Making me hungry!

  • delicouos, crunch crunch crunch....

  • that looks delicious.

  • pestle pastah, lol. this looks good! i can't wait to try it!

  • You can use tongs to sear the sides as well ;).

  • Looks very tasty!

  • cant wait to try it... looks sooooooo delicious ! thanks for uploading

  • thanx for the vid it helps ^_^

  • Just made this. It was wonderful! Sept, Instead of goat cheese we used Mozzarella since we didn't have it in handy and turkey bacon. Thank's for the recipe! So easy and quick but good. :)

  • NOM NOM NOM is the sound of me eating this.. :D

  • nicko's kitchen

  • Wonderful! I can't wait to try this.... streaky bacon is great when the fat renders out and turns crispy.... heaven

  • how long do u fry it

  • @Zoegurlhawt1 - Fry the chicken breast until the bacon starts to brown on the outside. A few minutes per side ought to do it. Once the bacon is browned on all sides of the chicken breast, place the frying pan in the oven to bake for about 20 min.

  • I saw that you aluminium on the bottom of your stove is that safe?

  • @evieromero16 - Yes. This is a gas oven, so the aluminum foil isn't touching any electric heating elements. The oven can't get hot enough to melt the aluminum foil, and it prevents spills from making a mess inside the oven.

  • this looks delicious

  • Enjoyed the video....this looks really good. Final plate up looks nice.

  • Yum! I'd eat anything wrapped in bacon..
