@Hammerbroz12 Slugma is a truely aweful pokemon. The only reason I can see someone catching one is for the flame body ability which makes eggs in the same party hatch faster.

@Hammerbroz12 Yes, it is a slow fire type, that practically makes it an open target for water and ground moves. And when it evolves it takes even more damage from those types. If the attacking pokemon has STAB then that is 3 times damage and if it were to attack macargo with the same move it would be 6 times damage. That is why they suck.

in my first run of platinum i caught a wooper in the great marsh (The great music... TUDU TUDULUDU TUBUDUDUDUDUD) And i didnt knew that pokemon yet, i trained it and it actually whas at the elite 4 a real help, i most of the time only train my starter but i had a swellow too and it really helped!
