I don't believe PP has a racist agenda. I'm no pro-lifer's pawn. I'm no Black male agency pawn. I won't put out more children or help to demolish reproductive choices for all people capable of pregnancy.
This would be a very shocking and profound video except that Planned Parenthood is a Non-Profit and as such when making a donation you are allowed to specify how the funds get used. You can tell by Lisa's response that she isn't amused by the comment but she doesn't have a choice since the Donor has specified that he want's the funds used for Minority Abortions. While I do not support abortion in any way we must also be honest with our intent. This is a setup from the start. Not cool!
@Neomac All non-profits can choose whether to accept funds for specific purposes such as abortion a particular race. Planned Parenthood was not forced to have race-based abortion funds, they willing chose to have them.

Actually, this one is over-the-top. The Mob are Catholics and donate so isn't the Diocese guilty of accepting blood money? And, isn't taping phone calls illegal wiretapping? This hurts your cause. You stooped to their level. But, hey, we are against this stuff so it's cool. No, it isn't. Journalistic integrity applies. "Hi, I'd like to donate $25,000 to Live Action but I only want redneck girls to benefit. Is that cool?" You Answer: ????
@supergirl2025 Wiretapping is intercepting the calls between 2 OTHER people. In most places it is not illegal to record a call in which you are one of the people that is a party to the call. Giving money to support a specific group of people is a common practice but when that support is abortion, it opens itself up to lots of problems and allows racist groups to target other groups.
@LiveActionFilms Only if you make the entirely unwarranted assumption that Planned Parenthood is going to go out and engage in a campaign to exterminate the fetuses of black parents just because some crackpot donor told them to. Unfortunately for this hypothesis, you're missing the part where the women who go into a Planned Parenthood for an abortion are entirely *self-selecting*. So your stunt demonstrated nothing, except the depths to which you're willing to sink in order to demonize others.
@Nullifidian Do you realize that with these race-specific abortion funds, Planned Parenthood will tell black women who are considering their options that if they want an abortion, it can be done for free. You don't think that will impact things?
@LiveActionFilms No, because there is no way to keep track of all such directed donations throughout a national organization the size of Planned Parenthood. "Oh, let's check our operating funds for our 'Abort a Black Baby' category. Why yes, we'll be able to fully subsidize your abortion!" If you called with a directed donation to abort fetuses of left-handed circus performers, they'd take your money, but the chance that they'd implement a "left-handed circus performers abortion fund" is slim.
@LiveActionFilms To put some perspective on this, if your absurd reading of the law were actually enshrined in statute, then Planned Parenthood would be obligated to monitor the patients they see by race, and give your 'donation' back or face prosecution if no Black woman ever sought an abortion from them again. It's ridiculous. All you've wound up doing is not only demonstrating how morally bankrupt you all are, but also thrusting your stupidity into stark relief.
@Nullifidian That isn't an "absurd" reading. That is established non-profit and accounting legal responsibility. Enforcement is usually low but it is fraud to promise funds be used one way and then use them another.
"...obligated to monitor the patients they see by race, and give your 'donation' back or face prosecution if no Black woman ever sought an abortion..."
-- They wouldn't ever be in trouble unless they spent the funds for something else. They have a fiduciary responsibility.
@LiveActionFilms Actually, that is exactly an absurd reading. It's fraud if a charity takes money with the understanding that it will go to food for a food bank and instead spends it on a Ferrari for the boss. It is not fraud if an organization that provides abortions takes money for abortions. There was no promise, either explicit or implicit, that they were going to directly fund the abortions of Black women. All the person said was regardless of the reason your fake caller had for donating...
...the money, they would accept it regardless. That does not impose upon PP an obligation to start a Black-women-only abortion fund, as you know full well. It would only be an issue if they had *promised* to start one as a condition of receiving the money, but you didn't dare to have your fake caller make that condition explicit. Again, you show your utter lack of ethics and honesty by not only dreaming up this stunt, but also coming up with tortured rationalizations for why PP is in the wrong.
@Nullifidian If the donation is marked as such on a check, it must be used exactly for that purpose or returned. Please go read an accounting book on restricted funds. If funds are accepted for a purpose that does not currently exist, a new account must be created within the accounting system for that purpose. Instead of arguing with me, go do some reading. I hold an accounting degree and used to work in investment banking including holding the highest management licensing (S24) through FINRA.
@LiveActionFilms So then did you provide Planned Parenthood with a check that they accepted for underwriting the abortions of Black people? If yes, you're complicit in what you want to condemn (both abortion and alleged racism) and if no, then this is mere chaff meant to disguise the issue. And no, I didn't watch all the videos. I have better things to do with my time than sit down and watch all the crap you people produce, especially as the contents of the videos can never be verified.
@Nullifidian Except that Planned Parenthood doesn't dispute the content and even put staff on leave following the video releases and admitted to lapses in judgement. There is major media news coverage of this video series. It isn't just a one off video but a documented pattern.
@LiveActionFilms Did you or did you not provide Planned Parenthood with a check with a note specifying that the donation was to underwrite the abortions of Black women, or in any way make a donation that was explicitly conditional upon the funds being used to abort the fetuses of Black women?
You are implying that a secretary's response reflects the core values of the organization for which she works!? Regardless, who cares about a donor's motive for giving money? This does not demonstrate any link to the recipient organization's motive!
& if you wish to test this concept then I suggest calling up another 501-3( c ) non profit & offer to donate with instructions. Such as the federation for the blind. Instruct them that U are giving them money to purchase a seeing eye dog 4 only a white person. they will do so. It is not racism other than what the donor speaks. U have to remember, there R laws that apply here. So the whole PP is racist, is just a flat out lie. A provoking to get people mad at them, & nothing else.
due to the fact that PP is a 501-3(c) non-profit organization, they have to follow the wishes of a donor. That doesn't make the organization racist. And in all fairness, the reason why she even laughed at him and said "okay whatever."
In the non-profit sector, if you are given money with instructions, then it has to be followed. It is a law. Now most people that call I assume do not stipulate black or white. Thus this proves nothing.
I'm sure they'll say that their reason is to "help" the minorities who can't afford an abortion and that's why they allow a specific group to be underwritten, but when you hear the guy's comments followed by "for whatever reason, we'll accept the money" without any indication that his comment was inappropriate or that they don't want "hate funds", it's clear that "helping" isn't what they're about.
Apparently, LiveActionFilms doesn't have time to watch the videos, but time to comment over and over. Maybe afraid of the truth?
