This would be a very shocking and profound video except that Planned Parenthood is a Non-Profit and as such when making a donation you are allowed to specify how the funds get used. You can tell by Lisa's response that she isn't amused by the comment but she doesn't have a choice since the Donor has specified that he want's the funds used for Minority Abortions. While I do not support abortion in any way we must also be honest with our intent. This is a setup from the start. Not cool!

@supergirl2025 Wiretapping is intercepting the calls between 2 OTHER people. In most places it is not illegal to record a call in which you are one of the people that is a party to the call. Giving money to support a specific group of people is a common practice but when that support is abortion, it opens itself up to lots of problems and allows racist groups to target other groups.

@Nullifidian That isn't an "absurd" reading. That is established non-profit and accounting legal responsibility. Enforcement is usually low but it is fraud to promise funds be used one way and then use them another.

It's fraud if a charity takes money with the understanding that it will go to food for a food bank and instead spends it on a Ferrari for the boss. It is not fraud if an organization that provides abortions takes money for abortions. There was no promise, either explicit or implicit, that they were going to directly fund the abortions of Black women. All the person said was regardless of the reason your fake caller had for donating...

It would only be an issue if they had *promised* to start one as a condition of receiving the money, but you didn't dare to have your fake caller make that condition explicit. @Nullifidian If the donation is marked as such on a check, it must be used exactly for that purpose or returned. Please go read an accounting book on restricted funds. If funds are accepted for a purpose that does not currently exist, a new account must be created within the accounting system for that purpose. Instead of arguing with me, go do some reading. I hold an accounting degree and used to work in investment banking including holding the highest management licensing (S24) through FINRA.

due to the fact that PP is a 501-3(c) non-profit organization, they have to follow the wishes of a donor. That doesn't make the organization racist. And in all fairness, the reason why she even laughed at him and said "okay whatever."

In the non-profit sector, if you are given money with instructions, then it has to be followed. It is a law. Now most people that call I assume do not stipulate black or white. Thus this proves nothing.

I'm sure they'll say that their reason is to "help" the minorities who can't afford an abortion and that's why they allow a specific group to be underwritten, but when you hear the guy's comments followed by "for whatever reason, we'll accept the money" without any indication that his comment was inappropriate or that they don't want "hate funds", it's clear that "helping" isn't what they're about.
