i dont see why people use cardboard its not durabler and it stuff and bulky,

personaly when i made my armor i used a plastic shaping that i molded to fit my body as well as i could work it.

ha i dont airsoft in it. if i wanted do id put a coat of bondo over the cardboard. and i wouldnt recomment airsofting in it anyways. its way to uncomfortable and very stiff

It does not hurt... less your shot by a sniper. My First real game was in the summer it didn't hurt much when being hit... I can send you a nice website were you can get some Face protection.

350 isn't that bad, and head shots don't really hurt, but 450 stings quite a bit, and getting shot in the teeth is really painful. It completely shattered my front tooth and I required a root canal.

nah i just cut out my own pieces and hot glue it on. and i used the inner shell from an old bicycle helmet then glued on cardboard. i started from the top, then down

If you're from 405th then you should make the pepakura models. Give it a fiberglass and resin layer. Add some bondo and sand. It will have more detail, more durability, and just better.

that is really good for being made out of card board i am making an ODST suit out of fiber glass and if u have a smg that you be able to make a short toutural for dosent matter if it is bad or good just so i can get the rough draft of it that would be no.
