  • my cage door became loose so I put a lock in it when I didn't take the birds out. The key was stuck inside so I was forced to cut a wire from the cage and because of that incident, I can literally close the half broken door behind the wire tightly. Oh and the birds were never hurt by the door :)

  • That IS cute... and one very clever bird! The sliding doors are easy to figure out, but this was the other type and still your little Houdini figured it out.

I must caution you however. This could be dangerous. A bird could get into tight quarters (bookcases, cabinets etc ) and be unable to get out, and you wouldn't know where to look. As well, I lost a budgie that way when I was young; visitors came and left the door open. You may want to tie the cage door shut when you go outside. ;)

  • whoo...dangerous! hope they dont escape some day.

  • Smart undulat!

  • Glad my parakeets don't know how to do that
