I can't decide if the light thing is real or not, but looking at the bowl on the table, you can clearly guess that it's not attatched to any kind of string since the camera shoots all the way to the left and you can see slightly under that table, debunking the fact of someone being under there. Also, to people thinking of it being fake because he pointed the camera to the bowl right before it moved, it began slightly moving before it was completely focused on it, so idk of what to think of this.
