There are many government programs and actions not specifically mentioned. From what you said, we should abolish medicare and any and every social welfare program.

They let you sit for 30 minutes to an hour before they even check you in and after that about 3 hours to see a doctor, that is, if you don't bleed to death then they might take you sooner.
