@Colton527 I know eh! I wouldn't have driven 3 hours to see 3 Doors or Staind. As good as they are, they just aren't Alter Bridge. The Power of Mark's guitar with Myles' amazing vocals is just insane. Brian and Flip are down with marks playing and it all just works out so well. Long Live Alter Bridge!

I love the way he writes his songs, solos fit perfectlly and melodically he's always wrote catchy and emotional songs. It's like because Tremonti was good and held back by Stapp people don't want to think he's good and just blow him off but he really is good and if you listen to his stuff he is very articulate. His solo for black bird kinda has a Dime vibe to it, if you haven't heard it you should check it out it's pretty awesome
I love Tremonti's solos. Yes Vai and SRV and EVH, MAB, and Wylde and Petrucci are all awesome guitarists thats why they are known and are so commonlly known in the music industry. But honestly, Tremonti is an awesome guitarist. He has many great influences and it shows in his playing. He's not them of course, he has his own style which is like my favorite shredding style. Mark actually recorded some stuff for Michael Angelo, theyre good friends.

Ok. The guy is good. guys you're missing an o. because he is REALLY far from god. Yeah, have some technique, but is actually sloppy and play relatively simple patterns. There's two options right here. 1 you're overrating this guy. 2 You don't know a lot of guitar players.

Because they are amazing compositors and had a technique that Tremonti will not have. Now, if you think that this guy is fast, I can tell you some names, so you know what fastness is: Steve Vai, Buckethead, Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, Yngwie Malmsteen etc... And I actually think they are better compoitors too. Listen to them;)
great guitar playing. Probably thumb wrestles those notes out pretty dang good. That and mentally arm wrestles some complicated riffs with ease.
