There are several Mad Dog's 357 sauces, I personally own the Ghost pepper sauce and the "Pepper extract". The sauce in the video is not 6 million Scoville units in heat, upward of 500,000. 1,000,000 at THE MOST. The 357 "pepper extract" that comes in a black bottle with a label with the 357 firearm picture on it is THE HOTTEST sauce that Mad Dog's produce and even that stands at a heat of 5,000,000 Scoville units.

I think milk works because of the casein thats in it so whole milk would work better than watery two percent. Cheese or any form of curdled milk has a higher concentration of casein so it might work better.
