  • Fall down go boom. hahhahaha! Really, stuff happens and sometimes it's funny as long as nothing got destroyed. Entertaining videos I gotta say. I love it, ooo and just now I figured out how to make the little video screen REALLY BIG! It's like a train ride at Kennywood Park!

  • i feel sorry for the mice that lives in them houses jk

  • Was the camera man drunk? Did he fall over? lol (A "G" scale camera man)

  • Tommy Chong was driving!

  • The train got tired from having to carry the camera and pull the cars, so it stopped to take a quick nap XD

  • i think those garden train sets are nice but i wouldnt want my stuff left outside some of these garden sets cost a lot of money and i dont think you pull up everything back up at the end of the day when your done running them right?

  • @grizzleybearz282004 No, but per previous replies...Anything left outside is cemented into the ground. It's not going anywhere without more ore less destroying it.

  • @DTrigger05 What scale is that? G or O?

  • Grossly miss advertised, from the title and still I expected some idiot was trying to film a train whilst stood on the track! Was waiting for the moment they realised and jumped out the way! (I ain't that morbid)

  • very nice model lay out.....

  • Its all weather track, brass or steel. G

  • LOL! *plop*

fail but i laughed my ass off :P

  • Nice up but what do you do when it rains

  • I dont know if anyone replied to you yet, but the tracks are safe from the weather pretty much. The trains are surely kept in some shed or garage.

  • haha cool video nice fail too...

  • hehe...fail! >:D

  • Cool Video.

  • hhahahahahhah lmfao

  • thats a very nice layout you got there man!

  • what happenbs if it rains?

  • Plop!

  • Was that a GM loco in the video?

  • I thought the inclusion of crashing sounds with the loco was hilarious.

  • That's not actually crashing sounds...its the sounds of an emergency stop. All power from the engine being cut back to 0, and the air brakes engaging.

  • Ah. How is that triggered, a sudden stop as directed by the controller, or the DCC losing track signal?

  • It's triggered by a drop in power running through the rails. These locos are all DCC-ready, but not DCC-equipped.

  • So in this particular case, you just have a battery-powered module which responds to rail voltage? I'm not too familiar with G.

  • I'm not entirely sure how the sound units work. It's on board the locomotive and comes built-in from the factory. It's only my assumption that it's based on rail voltage...I can't imagine how else it could work.

  • Right, makes sense, must have a capacitor or something for the emergency braking sounds when power is cut.

You're in San Diego? No kidding, I'm in Oceanside.

  • Is he died?

  • you obviously didn't get that this is a MODEL TRAIN.

  • Failed!

  • Uber fail!!!

  • nice video!

  • hehe that looked like a really bad washout there, no more ballast left.

  • thats such a cool model railway =P

  • Wow that layout! lol

  • I wish I had a model railway like that.

  • omg the horror!

  • awesom!

  • cool model looks ho

  • OMG... Was everyone alright?????

  • hehe :)

Nice, like somebody said - shit happens :)

    Greetings from Poland!

  • lmao!!

  • Hahaha. Excellent.

  • GP9?

  • weres the train when it fell off

  • Very funny. you make me laugh.

  • What model gauge railway is this?

  • shit happens!

  • terrible!

  • how traggic :( lol

  • Good ideas!

  • cute ^^

  • that was funny do you have any that show the whole layout that was nice

  • Oh man that was a terrible incident

  • When I firt saw this I lo0oked at the sky and I thought this was real then I looked at the track then I said oh thats HO then I saw the sun beams then i say it real then when you got to the house I relized it was outside.

  • Game over.

  • LOL i like that track its nice

  • This is where all those "shorties" must live!!

  • i like it, any way to have a longer run ?

  • Oops.

  • I always wondered where that train on Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood lived.

  • Oh Jeez! haha. That's kinda funny.

  • you can out camras on electric model trains I saw one in a modl exibition

  • how did you get a small enough camera to fit in tht tunnel???

  • The camera isn't small...the train is big.

  • ohhhh... haha ok i get it now lol

  • were is the train???

  • The camera is mounted to the train.

  • that was cool. a little slower though

  • hahahahahah

  • Looks like you got soft track. lol.

  • and people don't steal your set?

  • The right-of-way and buildings are cemented to the ground, all locomotives and rolling stock are pulled into a shed in the backyard via a tunnel when not in use.

  • where the hell did the train go:) i guess you stopped it

  • thank god the camera didt fall off in the tunnel huh?

  • Looks like the drop off has been made

  • I wanted to see more :(

  • Uhhhh....oops!

  • so what was wrong with that? lol

  • This was really cool apart from the crash

  • This is really funny!

  • Next time use Fun tack (blue putty) to secure the cam to the flat car I tried it and works perfectly, no more crashing cam during the best part of the film.

    Ciao

    le snake

  • I used rubber bands for the reshoot...works just as well and I'd be kind of afraid to put any kind of putty on my camera.

  • how does the area in your front yard not get damaged by people or stolen especially in LA (which is where Im guessing you live)

  • Live in San Diego actually. And it doesn't get damaged/stolen for a few reasons - one being this is a nice neighborhood, and another being that everything is either cemented/bolted to the ground, and what isn't is removed when not in use (particularly the trains)

  • LOL

How exactly is your camera mounted?

  • It wasn't, which is what caused it to fall off. Poor weight distribution coupled with the track being uneven...

  • Nice layout though!
