  • you can only say that since you are not in those places where education is a scarcity. But look unto those countries that even education is a scarce they still fulfill even the need to study. And being at school and learning is a motivation for each and everyone to be someday a useful humanity in their countries and not so dependent on what they're country can give to them but rather what they can serve to their country.

  • @beaverlover22 been my expirience that many asian countries, india, philippines, japan on and on are there for the kids learning that we as americans arent anymore. I came from a well off family and i struggled all through school. but my family felt it was the schools job not their job to help me and it ended up me not getting secondary schooling. I think many families here either take it for granted or are unable to give the kinds of support these kids need to suceed as well as other nations..

  • So chill down. Its good for mankind that more nd more ppl are gettin educated.Think what it would do to technology in the next 30-50 years

  • I dont think there is any need for Americans to b worried about. You r at the pinnacle of financial and social development whereas we Indians nd Chinese are still in the process of building our countries. The ultimate goal of any human society is freedom.Freedom to think ur way,do ur thiing nd pursue ur interest. And the USA has reached that stage already. When the Chinese and Indians reach that stage, they wont b any different to what US americans r today

  • i feel great after this, I'll get my heads deep down in education for real.

    Incredible Indians and Chinese people.

what do you know about Indians and Chinese btw #

    Ironzealot7531.

  • we must either become soulless drones like the chinese and indians, or face poverty

    ...I choose poverty

  • I don't know how many Indians/Chinese you know, but they are far from "Soulless drones". The message is harnessing our intellectual capital and in the US we seem to be falling short vs India/China

  • do not discriminate other countries that you're not familiar with.@Ironzealot7531

  • The same problem is in Britain. The world is being reshaped. Unless we start acting now, our ignorance will punish us mercilessly.

  • stuck up, those harvard educators.
