THis could mean fasting from ANY habit that seems to block the relationship with Christ. :) I began fasting a few years ago from television (public of any sort), and have continued. I think this guy has lots of good info even if his interpretation is biased by his beliefs. Dogmatic belief always create a blind spot. Its up to everybody to use their critical thinking to sort things for themselves.
