I think to make the dough that pliable you have to soak it in a mixture of pork fat and water...and then stretch it like that

I am not exactly sure what all the ingredients are, my friend Igor made it, but i know he used flour water and salt, and a lot of oil and lard.....

isnt there anyone who can tell me how to make the dough?:P Im sooo in love with this FANTASTIC burek. im soo hungry for burek, but there is NO way to get it here in norway. and im not from balkan, and only 17, so i dont know how to make it for myslf :(

brate svaka ti cast,100% je kvalitetno brasno,mozes li mi reci koje je brasno posto ja sam radeo sa tip 500 ninicevo sam uspeo najbolje da odradim,ima bar malo zilavosti,posto sam radeo kod privatnika donosio mi je svakakvo brasno muke sam imao posto je zames veci i ne sme da se opusti prebrzo...hwala unapred bas me interesuje
