I live in SC and would like to do something similar once I finish up my medical training (I'm an MD with 6 more months to go and I like the idea of aquaculture. . .plus I've got some family land coming my way in the next few years so I'm looking for ideas to stay cheap and reasonably hi-yield)

Sweet setup! One question - what do you use to power that Porsche? If you press your water chestnuts and turn them into biodiesel I'm going to be really impressed!
