What's wrong with this Jobs for USA equation? We contribute $5.00 for job growth (Note the word CONTRIBUTE), and Starbucks turns it into a loan??? Wait a minute, why is that? If the public is contributing to this fund, then contributions should then be gifted to small business for hiring more people. Why should they have to pay it back? How much money will Starbucks and the banksget back in interest on money that you and I GAVE to help the economy?
