I can't even begin to tell you how wrong your entire statement is. I'm from Aplington-Parkersburg and played football for Coach Thomas. Mark Becker DID start in high school and was All-State. Another fact you fail to realize is that Mark was an amazing kid. It wasn't until he got heavy into drugs that his life took a turn for the worst. So please, know the facts before you disrespect someone over the internet.

I jumped for joy at news of the crash air france flight 447. I love watching the plane sink to its watery grave. I enjoy hearing the passengers screaming for help. The sound of drowning passengers gasping for air is music to my ear. The bottom of atlantic ocean is an awesome place to sleep on. The moment the jet broke up in midair must have been a kodak moment. @xxxFaustusxxx I know you probably don't care, but Ed Thomas wasn't just any Coach. Ed Thomas was a phenomonal football coach, and an even better man. He meant a lot to Applington Parkersburg, and everyone who knew anything about high school football in Iowa. You don't know how much this man meant to high school football in Iowa. Coach Thomas was one of the best coaches alive. R.I.P
