That mistake was there since uploading time and planned not to edit it. Thanks for the concern so that others may be aware of it. Minced "Ginger" should be the right word for that. More power to you.
There is too much guesswork using just the video to attempt making this, I would be interested in trying it if I knew the amounts I'm supposed to use of the ingredients and their types. Also, need cook times.
I would like to know if you have your recipes measurements and cook times anywhere online where we could see the types and amounts of certain items we should be using. There's too much guesswork involved using just the video for me to want to attempt making them.
hey, i'm thai but i love phillipines food, so far i learned from everyone, but today i find the master chef that know how to cook, thank you so so much. your recipes are the best of all..well ! please add the ingredients measuring,too..thanks again..
The intention of Juan's Putahes is to teach the whole world how to cook partcularly Filipino Cuisines. Try cooking it now and you will be as glad that you have done it. Thanks for the comment.
That's the ultimate purpose of JUAN's PUTAHEs videos. To support this intention, please shared this information to your families and friends. Thank you very much.
Tried it today but it turned out too salty that I was not able to eat it. I added the ingredients aproximately the same amount as seen on this video. What do you think the mistake I made?
You should be aware that the soy sauce is salty enough that adding salt can overwhelm your dish. You should gradually add the soy sauce and the salt gradually and tasting the recipe bit by bit in order to achieve a perfect taste. Don't worry, "Practice makes perfect". So cook again and again until you can get to your goal, the perfect tasting cuisine cooked by... YOU!
Probably you are pertaining to the fish sauce, cause there is no soy sauce in the video. I was actually blaming it on the salted black beans. I should'nt have poured all of it considering that I only used 1/3 of a kilo of beef. Well as you said practice makes perfect. Hoping to see more new recipes from you. Videos like this is a big help for people like me who prefers to cook than to buy cooked foods. Thanks and more power.
Thanks for referring to JUAN's PUTAHEs video but you should also know that in traditional Chinese medicine, ginger is used to calm upset stomaches, soothe nausea and stop diarrhea. It has been widely used in Europe to help relieve menstrual cramps, treat the symptoms of the common cold and ease headaches. Latest report of the health benefits of ginger is that it may stop cancer from growing and spreading.
It doesn't look yummy alone, the cuisine is really tasty. Try cooking it yourself and share it with your family. Thanks for the acknowledgement and comment.
