You're just beat-gridding the song, adding some flanger, and shuffling around the beats. I can also hear the song speeding up and slowing down which means you didn't give what sounds like to be VirtualDJ enough CPU and RAM for it to slip the beats in perfectly, giving it no hint of speed up whatsoever except for the obvious comparison.

Traktor Pro 2 is what I use and it comes out almost perfectly. Also, the flanger, turn the volume down a bit, and don't spam the Beat Grid.
