in the vid just as it says magnaflow catback exhaust, and aem intake. A buddy has since done some tuning on my truck with HP Tuners but only mild stuff.

for programming HP Tuners is your best bet. tell your friend to check out 355nation net

Umm yeah rriiigghhttt. Its a 2wd truck and it started out with the factory sport suspension. No need to lift it, its a sport truck. Plus when I finally get around to dropping a LSx based motor it will be better lowered. If it had been a 4wd truck then yes I would of lifted it. But i'm not worried about your comments I've had more positives than negatives.

LSx is just a LS based motor that isn't a LS1 LS2 LS3 etc.... I'll more than likly get a 5.3 or 6.0 V8 from a full size truck which is a LS based block. Cheaper than going for an actual LS1 or LS2 or the other LS number motors.

Nice drop kit on it, I prefer the lift instead, but still a beauty. I rock a 04 Canyon Crew cab, inline 5, and it still sounds nothing like that.  Not bad for just an intake and an exhaust system

Look into a Performance Chip :D I have the 08 Colorado with the 2.9 and I dropped in the chip and I get like 8 mpg more and some more horsepower (which isnt a bad thing)and the chips take like 15 minutes to put in too

Sweet I have a 2005 Chevy Colorado with a 3.5 L Vortec engine the exact same engine used in the Hummer H3, it drives amazing and hits 0-60 in like 7.5 to 8 seconds!

oh stupid me! Forgot that it was due to drivetrain loss. But i suppose you have a 4x4 then since your counting that much drivetrain loss? I thought around 12% drivetrain loss was about avarage for a strict RWD car. probably differs more if you have an automatic gearbox to i suppose.

What is the dyno measurement in? Arent they suppose to have 220hp. Even if your dyno measurement is in bhp i still dont get get it to add up. it only says 180-ish?

Yeah inline 5. the Measurement is rear wheel horsepower and there is a loss due to the drivetrain. I think we calculated engine horsepower around 230-235. but withe drivetrain you usually have a 30-40 percent loss

220hp at the flywheel take into consideration about a 20% drivetrain loss means actual hp to the wheels around 176hp

so with the intake and exhaust puts me right around 183
