@willowstar157 I got the Winter Wolf from an in game event that happened around the Velious expansion release. I believe it might be associated with a collector's edition also (not really 100 percent sure on that though). :)

Quite enjoying the beastlord class myself, I did keep to the 1 pet while i level up, he is master atm, so just 2 more stages. At first a lot of the time i forgot to send the pet in while grouping so i made the /pet attack macro on a few spells which helped alot. Oh and the beastlord with a merc is lethal lol. Great vid :)

Is this game worth downloading, and is it a good WoW clone, I saw this went f2p on steam so I was thinking about downloading it

@astrophobicidal Actually this game was released before WoW was. The game has evolved a lot since then (and some of the changes were because if WoW's success) but it is it's own thing. It is a great game but it tends to be more complex than WoW is. The combat has a lot more to it and there are a TON of abilities per class (not to mention a ton of classes). With it being free to play I say give it a shot...what you got to lose ;)

Good video, but its not worth playing for free. You should update that you have to spend Station Cash to unlock 'Legendary" and "Fabled" items to be equipped, which is not free, and you have to pay to unlock character races, classes as well. Its not totally free, they make you pay to unlock features on your account. Your limited with 18 plat on your character at one time, and you cannot get Master spells. Its not worth free, just pay to play and be happy with it.

@draconolous It follows a very similar model as most other free to play games (or freemium as they are referred to a lot now). It is very common to limit classes and races to free players and lock down upper gear options also. Doesn't make the game not fun just makes endgame when paying becomes that much more appealing. I feel that if you want to play for free there is plenty to do then if you play for a long time and get to the endgame it is time to pay for the game.

Come on. If you enjoy the game for free, then buying a sub will make it that much more enjoyable. Its a good game, and even tho I play rift now, to say its not worth it to play for free, well thats your opinion, and you have a right to it. but that doesnt mean that it isnt silly.

Hey, you say EQ2 has the most depth in a MMO you've seen. But is it your favorite. I used to play a lot of WoW, Vangaurd, Warhammer Online, PSU (Console MMO), DCU, Champions Online, and CoH. I have been looking for a good MMO to invest some time in. Is EQ2 better than most of those? By the way I played the game for free loved it but is this game worth 15$ a month. Also I watched the series twice. Because I honestly just like how indepth you explain things. The comedy is also pretty nice.

@RznFlasHBacK I do believe that this is one of the best MMOs on the market. I have had a ton of fun with EQ2 since it released. I have spent more time in this game than any other by a long shot. I have been paying the monthly subscription for EQ2 for years at this point even though I always play multiple games at once. I feel that EQ2 is not only fun but gives you the biggest bang for your buck. There is so much well made content in this game that you always have something to do! :)

I made one whose name is Sylcia and right now in only two days of soloing I got 21 lvls and 23 aas (Not very good I know). She is awesome as a beastkord. I enjoy playing it and I love it the best class out there. I can play a large group and not die, but my tree right now is set up in the healing branch to the pet so it will be harder to kill it

@KaitlynxWillams It is an awesome class! I love how it can take out a group of mobs so well. it seems overpowered and I am wondering what they will become at endgame. Will they outdamage the top dps? Look forward to finding out :)

@ThePCGamingVortex I am too, by far the best scout class. Sign me up for raiding when I get her maxed out, I'm telling ya. So far one death and thats only because my toon fell. My mom has one with 113.9 dps and she's lvl 32 - pretty good with 131 aas. I'm looking forward to see if they will outdamage in the top Dps as well. Only time will tell my dear friend :)

Beastlords are awesome and fun to play, but AoD is a pretty shitty expansion other than that.

@jhjsaat it is well worth it in my opinion! The beastlord alone is worth the admission price but when you add on things like dungeons maker and tradeskill apprentices...pure win :)
