  • This is a lie.

  • Bullshit. The pill has been around for 40+ years and it's been scientifically proven safe time after time. These people don't care about women's health, all they want is for women to exist to procreate and obey men. They want us push us back to medieval times by taking away our reproductive rights. Not to mention childbirth is far riskier than taking birth control pills. If it weren't for the pill, I could have had a child that I couldn't afford, and may have even died giving birth to him/her.

  • Jesus freaks.... that's all they are..

  • I stopped taking the pill. I got my tubes tied. Or was that the wrong thing too? Let's just be honest here....I exist to procreate and obey my husband. Forget college, a career, or just focusing on my already existing children that require considerable resources. Let's not focus on what they need to have a middle class life. No, let's think about all those babies I'll never have! It's irrelevant that I don't want more babies. Babies are gifts!

  • Childbirth is far riskier than taking birth control pills. Abortions are riskier than taking the pill. Women's health is quite clearly not what this organization is interested in, nor is preventing abortions their message. Fighting contraceptives is really only something you'd do if you want to make sex riskier for women. That's it. It's about punishing women for having sex. "American Life League" my ass, where are your crusades to alleviate poverty or promote social programs?

  • seriously? almost every medicine, holistic treatment, or life choice can kill you. If you use it wrongly, don't use it enough, use it too much, or use it with the wrong accompaniment. EVERY medical treatment you undergo can kill you. but it can also save your life. Just like the pill. Most of those side effects you mention only happen if you some other condition to go along with why you're taking it. or if you smoke... or drink alcohol.

  • Sterilisation would be preferable if we just think nature and overpopulation. What we should have is all men giving sperm samples to storage, and then getting a sterilisation.

That way there would never be need for any other forms of contraseption, and when people wanted a baby they would be able to get it.

  • Again we see a scare campaign based on.... nothing!

And if you don't want to take it... DON'T!

It's not like you're force fed it, is it?

It's an option, just like the vaginal ring, tubal ligation and so on and so forth!

    Stop scaring people!

  • Wow. ALL, here's how it works. Don't want the pill? Don't take it. A simple thought process, I would think.

But please. Don't go out and about scaring women, lying about the pill and distorting facts. Truth is: you're simply against ALL form of birth control. Which is why you don't like the pill. So you distort facts to fit your ideology. It's actually not very suble.

    The pill kills? Puhhhhleez!

  • @Ophelia734 Very true. A friend of mine is taking the pill expressly for that purpose.

  • and exactly how does the pill kill women?

  • I'm a nursing student who plans to be a midwife. I've done a lot of research on the Pill. I believe that if a woman is well informed of the benefits and risks and wants to take the Pill, she should have the option to do so. Truth is, almost every medication has the potential to harm the person taking it ( Even Tylenol can be toxic). If you feel the Pill is too risky for you, don't take it. However, many other women feel differently, and you shouldn't force them to conform to your beliefs.

  • the natural balance of hormones in your body is actually very delicate and interrupting that balance can cause all kinds of problems. there are many natural alternatives to hormonal contraceptives but these methods require a person to take charge of their own reproductive health and to be aware of their own bodies. they are incredibly effective and rather easy once you learn to use them but they are also very inexpensive so no pharmaceutical companies stand to gain much of a profit from it.

  • I'm taking a medication for TB (I don't have it, but was exposed) that can damage my liver and give me a heart attack. Will I stop taking it? No. I need it. We take medication everyday that will impact us in some way. Every type of medication carries a significant risk. If you point out one, you have to point out the others.

  • @Ophelia734

With due respect, I have taken the pill because of my doctor's urging before, at two points in my life, and never was I told about any health consequences as I do now. I was told that there is the slightest risk of stroke but that all of that is just very minimal and not to worry about it. I was not told that it increases risk of breast cancer, that I would be ingesting carcinogens, that it could harm my fertility, etc... I am one woman of many who don't know.

  • @Ophelia734

While the pill may indirectly alleviate some symptoms of some health issues, it causes other health problems that trump the overall good the pill could offer. For example, blood clots, breast cancer, stroke are all included in the risks included with the pill. Those problems can kill a woman. It's like having women take large doses of alcohol to numb pain - ya- it may numb pain but it will also cause brain damage and liver failure.

  • @Ophelia734 - no one thinks about it that much cos its never gonna happen,, there are protests all over the planet on a daily basis and nothing ever changes..! they simply dont work - have u ever heard of big pharma listening to the consumers,,?!

Allopathic drugs are one of the leading causes of death and do u see them recalling products.. no, because they are there to limit life, not promote it..

  • @Ophelia734 - i didnt say anything about making the pill illegal..!! that will never happen and if u think it is a threat then you have no idea how anything works out there..! be a good idea to stop speaking for others...!

  • @Opheliarrogance734 - at least you didnt call me stupid this time..!

  • well i speak from experience, progesterone cream has worked for me, in reversing estrogen dominance, pcos and fibrocystic breasts caused by long term use of the pill. Yes it was convenient to have a little pill to take away pmt, acne & pregnancy.. but i have certainly paid for that convenience! If u think what im saying is stupid then do some research into those who promote these safer alternatives, like Dr John Lee, Sherrill Sherman, who have given women back their lives back all over the world

  • @Ophelia734

0h yeah here we go.. no scientific blah blah,, well im not into arguing with the self righteous left brain bigots.. who know it all.. but what ur advising is wrong..!

keep taking the pill see if your health improves long term...!

  • @Ophelia734 - its called progesterone cream and made from Wild Yam amongst other herbs.. it is used to imbalance the overload of estrogen caused by the pill which in turn causes these pcos and endo symptoms.. i hope your friend remembers to thank u when she is infertile in her late 30;s and cannot conceive..

perhaps a little less attitude would work in your favour kiddo.!

  • @Ophelia734 - masking symptoms does not cure..! suggesting women use the pill for these conditions is very irresponsible of u..!

It is the pill that causes these diseases in the first place..!

u have NO idea about long term side effects of these drugs.. there is always a natural way, why suffer further down the line by taking short cuts and using these big pharma $ symptom blockers..

  • If you're fat, inactive, have high blood pressure and/or hormone imbalances, and are generally as unhealthy as the average woman in North America is, you can't really blame the pill for these problems. If the pill is giving you health problems, its probably a sign that something was awry to begin with.

  • I tend to agree here. It IS medication and it CAN have side effects...but the same is true for aspirin.

Again, I do not see how this needs to be part of some huge campaign. Read the effing side effects when you take pills. If you don't like them... DON'T take them. I personally opt for other forms of contraception, however I do acknowledge it's still one of the best-working and easy contraceptives around. Stop fear-mongering, for crying out loud!

  • At what cost are these benefits? We are aware of the medical studies that claim these benefits you mention. These claims are not solutions. They only act as band-aids hiding what may be a more serious condition.

Since there are safe alternatives that many professionals aren't aware of, doctors are quick to prescribe hormonal contraception. The medical dangers attributed to hormonal contraceptives by far outweigh any benefits. You are trading relief from PCOS with a higher risk of clotting.

  • @AmericanLifeLeague /watch?v=kUwnMX8ht3U

  • We are well aware of the possible side effects of our contraception, thank you very much. Millions of women feel that the benefits far outweigh the risks, and it is our perogative to use them if we choose.

  • funny, because most women DONT know. maybe you do, but most dont. thats a fact.

  • Are you a man? how do you know what women do or dont know? you are pretty arogant.

  • lol propaganda

  • I have a disorder that involves my natural hormones being out of balance. I have to take the pill in order to remain healthy and functioning.

  • feythinsane, the people who made this video don't care. They are lying too, in their whole argument about the Pill being dangerous. They don't care if it's dangerous, in fact they probably get a feeling of satisfaction when they learn of someone who's health has been harmed by the pill. (the miniscule percentage who have). They oppose the pill because of their religious beliefs. The earthly consequences of their position don't matter to them.

  • Because the earthly consequences don't matter, their position is by definition immoral. Or more accurately, it is immoral to anyone whose beliefs about the world are based on what they observe happening in the world. In other words, a rational person.

  • im not religious and i dont think women harming themselves/killing babies is a good thing. does that make me a lesser being in your sight?

  • You are a lesser person because you are judgemental of women excersising reproductive freedom. What makes you think that MOST women arent aware of the pills side effects? Show your stats. I contend that they do. And FYI, the pill doesnt kill babies and it isnt just for whores. I happen to be a married woman. With two children. I use the pill because I dont want more kids than I can care for. Id say that makes me plenty mature. Expanding your mind past its tiny confines? Easy. But not for you : (

  • excuse me? you judge me and yet call me judgemental. the truth is, you judge unborn humans, then you sentence them to death. and hey i guess you dont really like your kids do you? ya dont want anymore... expand your mind beyond your own self righteous confines. and no, most women do not know even how the pill works, let alone any bad side effects. youre just an idiot.

  • Ah, the old resort-to-name-calling-when-I'm-losing an argument trick. And when that doesnt work, there's always the make-personal-attacks maneuver. I shan't give you the satisfaction of arguing with you about my children. And as far as me sentencing unborn humans to death....? Oooookay. Weird. I congratulate you on being the most juvenile person I've encountered on youtube. And since you still cant give me stats about knoweledge of side effects I've no choice but to ignore your made up ones.

  • my stats are from hmm lets see personal experience. ive asked so many girls if they know how it works. they know fuck all. and you get your stats from.... nothing. hypocrite much? keep living in your fairy tale world, it must be fun having no guilt whatsoever hey?

  • ROTFLMAO, sintetsu, you are an argument against yourself. The side effects are mentioned on every commercial and pamphlet. Most doctors inform their patients of the side effects. And sweetheart, I hate to break it to ya, but I don't think any chicks that hang around you are all too smart. I have no guilt in using birth control, because there is nothing to be guilty about. But what do I know, Im "just an idiot." You, on the other hand, are the paragon of morality. Nice talkin to ya.

  • not all side effects are mentioned, such as the thinning of the endometrium. (uterus lining for less knowledgable individuals)... and i'd hate to break it to ya, but youre insecure and have no legitimate argument. run along, live your puppet life. :D

  • No. Women harming themselves and killing babies is definitely a bad thing. But this video has nothing to do with either of those things.

  • i guess you didnt see...the video.... its up there ^^^

  • Yes, I saw it. It's full of lies and unfounded assertions. But most importantly, even if what they said were true and the pill was harmful, that is not why they oppose it. So their video is dishonest in its inception.

  • they oppose it because it promotes promiscuity and there's a chance it can kill a developing human. how evil of them!

  • So now you introduce a new line of argument - it promotes promiscuity.

You didn't mention this before. Does this mean you have abandoned your previous argument - about how the pill is harmful to the woman? This is how people like you argue. You go through your talking points one by one: as each is addressed you move on to the next one. But I still assert that the claims that the pill is harmful is unsupported by the data.

  • Secondly, and I thank you for this - you have cut to the main point. When you say, "it promotes promiscuity", you are saying that what really matters to you is not the negative consequences that can ensue from people having sex, but PEOPLE HAVING SEX.

If the Pill promotes promiscuity, then the corollary (and another way of stating your position) is that the lack of Pill discourages promiscuity, because of the risk of unwanted pregnancy is a discouragement.

  • Therefore you are prepared to let the threat of unwanted pregnancy hang over people's heads so they will not behave in a way you consider to be promiscuous. In fact you think that's a good thing. Tell me if I have stated your position incorrectly.

  • If I have stated your position correctly, then don't come on here acting like you give a shit about whether or not "the Pill Kills Women".

You don't care if the Pill kills women. You only care that they have sex under circumstances you approve of. Therefore your position is deeply immoral.

  • @rotcafarg Are you serious?! You really say there are no side effects and a woman can't get cancer, die or have depressions because of the pill?! Ask your ginecologist about the side effects before saying it's all about the religion. I'm not a catholic and I am againts the pill or any other hormonal contaceptives because it's dangerous and unnessesary if you're a healthy woman. You don't take aspirin unless you have headache do you? So why taking other pills if you're healthy?!

  • @slun4evka

Tell me where I said there were no side effects to taking the Pill. There are 8 comments by me previous to this one on this video. Read through them and tell me where I said that.

Then withdraw your remark and admit you were mistaken, and in future when you argue with someone about what they said, stick with what they said, don't make things up they didn't say.

  • @rotcafarg I see no rebuttal or withdrawal of your previous comments. You're dishonest and cowardly.

  • @rotcafarg We do care! we want everyone to be healthy!

  • like the person below said, these people dont care. These people dont think any through. I'm so glad you have the option to take the pill. You know cause every where else in the US woman are FORCED to take it. *sarcasm*

  • very small risk of any of these dreadful side effects taken into consideration when we require additional hormones to balance the pernicious effects of untrammelled pms. very young women and ! men holding up placards I see

  • fuck this, there is no scientific evidence that the pill kills. stop trying to restrict women and send them back to the dark ages.

  • women whoring around with strangers and killing babies seems more dark than say...women respecting themselves and being mature. see how that works? thinking? its easy.

  • How about women in a relationship that dont want to have kids? Is that 'whoring around'? Why dont YOU think, not everyone in this world wants to bring up a litter of children like the duggar family. The pill does not kill babies, it has some side effects but they are risks most women accept to have the freedom to enjoy sex without getting pregnant. And dont say enjoying sex is not self respecting, it's a part of life that both men and women can enjoy,

  • you're ignorant. read a book.

  • good comeback

  • It's you that should be reading, I suggest something other than the bible.

  • considering im not religious and all. just thoughtful. grow up

  • well then smartass, why dont you take the time to be thoughtful about how much freedom the pill has given women. It is one of the most important inventions of the twentieth century. If you are not religious then I dont understand how you can have such conservative views. Without the pill, women would once again lead very restrictive lives that revolve around being pregnant. If confining women to their biological 'purpose' is what you want, you are no better than a fundamental christian.

  • haha, so your misogyny comes out! Did your ex-girlfriend leave you for a better man? Sounds like you are really bitter. You are so ridiculous and obviously care nothing for how women feel, that I cannot continue to debate with you. The pill does not kill babies at all, you are really fucking stupid. Do some real scientific research.

  • Also, frankly I dont give a shit if fetuses die or not during abortions or morning after pills (they dont 'die' with normal hormonal pills). The world is overpopulated. Call me inhuman if you want. You obviously dont care about women so why do you care about a half formed fetus.

  • Great website!

  • Okay, you cleary don't understand how the pill works. Here's what it does: It increases the amount of estrogen in a woman's body "tricking" the body into thinking she's pregnant. When that happens, a woman won't ovulate, preventing her eggs from being fertilized as long as she takes the pill regularly. Pro-lifers need to start doing some research before they protest (then agian, if they did, they probably wouldn't be pro-life)

  • There is a phenomena called "break-through ovulation." It is when a woman ovulates even when on the pill. The reason for this is the low dose of synthetic estrogen in these abortifacient pills. The pills with sufficient hormones to "assure" the patient of supression of ovulation has been taken off of the market, because it killed women. What the pill does in the case of break-through ovulation is to starve the newly formed person to death by making the lining of the uterus hostile to it.

  • You're thinking of the morning after pill, not the birth control pill. Also, an embryo is not a human being. It cannot think, feel, breath, or anything until at least the second trimester.

  • No, actually I'm thinking of hormonal bc. There are not enough hormones in the present dosage of the pill to be completely sure that ovulation will not occur. When experiments were done with the dose that would give "certainty" that ovulation would be suppressed, women DIED from such high doses of hormones.

Presently, breakthrough ovulation can and DOES occur, thus making a totally distinct human person, separate from mother or father. When this happens, the new life is starved to death.

  • The Morning After Pill is a large dose of hormonal bc. It's intent is completely abortifacient. The goal of this pill is to starve the new life to death. There is no other purpose.

Also, the logic behind the thinking that an embryo is not a human is quite flawed. Humans beget humans, and dogs beget dogs. So how, pray tell, can two humans beget anything other than another human? There are many in the world who cannot think feel or breathe on their own. Does that make them any less human?

  • I already explained how. It cannot breath, think, feel, it cannot act or do anything that a fully developed human can do, therefore it is not yet a human being, it's basically a bunch of stem cells that have yet to differentiate. But the fact remains that it is still part of a woman's body, and pro-lifers have no business telling a woman what she is allowed to do with it.

  • There is no logic in that. There are people in this world who are disabled to the extent that they may not be able to do any of those things on their own. Are they any less human? All YOU are is a bunch of cells. Are you not human? The new life is anything but part of its mother's body. Does a pregnant woman have 20 fingers and 20 toes? Does she have 4 eyes? Of course not. Mothers and children often have different blood types even. That's because they are two distinct, separate entities.

  • Is my 9 year old nephew any less human because he is less developed than me? And is he more human than his youngest 1.5 year old sister, as he is more developed than her? No, so why would you and I be any more human than a developing child in utero? I completely agree that I cannot tell someone what to do with their body, but they, in turn, have no right to do anything they want to another person's body, and thus pregnant women should not be able to kill children who are in utero.

  • Look, if a woman wants to get an abortion, it should be her right. As for you pro-lifers, I don't hear about any of you adopting many unwanted kids, there are too many as it is (1/5 unwanted kids adopted) and if you people are pro-life, what about the people DYING every day in poor starving countries, I never hear pro lifers talk about them. You people just want to push your christian agendas, and it sickens me. Don't respond to me agian.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow. Your bigoted response really shows the true side of people who want abortion on demand. It's so typical for a pro-abortion person who has no response to logic to try to shift the conversation elsewhere so as to divert attention away from the genocide that is happening. Then on top of it, blatant falsehoods are chucked out to try to discredit the people who dedicate their lives to giving these women and their children a better future. I hear it everyday. Good luck. G-d bless.

  • o.0 it's sad to think that people like you are able to vote.

  • You can't do anything worth anything when you're asleep or in a coma. What are you worth then? What makes you and I a human again?

  • Otaac3, what makes someone human?

  • Who are you to say that one is not worthy to live?

  • Excellent video.

What is the pill good for??? It is good for helping women who have such heavy periods that they would otherwise have to resort to surgery that could take away their chance to have children. Otherwise, is it worth the risk........... particularly the new birth control shots and 4 period(s) per year pills.............. What do you think that will do to you.......... think about it.

  • Women are not yours to dictate and control. You're sexist, and trying to take away everything women have worked for, and for that you're sick. Take away our body rights, then it's only fair you take away our right to vote, own property, and speak out of turn. The women in your pictures are hypocrites if they do any of the latter.

  • You're acting like the hysterical boy who cried wolf. This short video is of the protest that took place on June 6th. We all have the right to protest within the limits of the law.

The protest is in order to bring awareness of the dangers of the 'pill'.

If God forbid any of your female loved ones should suffer any of these life threatening side effects due to using the 'pill' we will see how long the crying about rights being taken away continues..

    Hipocrite meet irrelevant hysteria.

  • I've been on the pill for six years now and I've never had any negative side affects. You're not reasonably protesting, you're trying to take rights away from women.

And yes, I'm a girl. Are you a movie? You name says Films, so I'm going to assume you're a magnetic tape. Not far off as you only seem to be able to parrot the same propaganda bullshit over and over.

  • Well good for you. I am happy that you're not one of the unfortunate women who have had blood clocks or heart attacks as a result of using the pill.

And what have you been smoking that makes you think I was at the protest or am taking anyone's rights away simple Simon?

I am speaking in general on freedom of speech and assembly where anyone can protest whatever they want within the limits of the law.

Your hysterical seeing what's not there posts reek of presumption and ignorance.

  • meant ***blood clots**** not clocks... lol

  • The pills kill: So do cigarettes, alcohol, cars, guns, and pro-lifers with guns. Why the hell aren't you protesting those as well?

  • You are no one to tell any person or group who or what they can protest against.

And to whine about their protesting the dangerous side effects of the pill is irresponsible. I guess when the diet pill phen phen was giving people heart attacks that killed them nobody should have spoken out right? What ridiculous logic you have. I guess if a medication is shown to have dangerous side effects don't protest about it because Restricted says so. Bleh.

  • I'm not the one claiming there's some big conspiracy not to tell women about the side effects of birth control, even though BC pills come with a warning. I simply don't like liars who are trying to make unplanned pregnancies worse by getting rid of an effective means of birth control simply because it occasionally has bad side effects. All medication has potential side effects, even your every day dose of Tylenol. I'm simply not a gullible fool who hypes one and not the other.

  • wow what a load of bs an btw IT'S THEIR BODY

  • I agree good sir, these people are just insane, soon they will start protesting the use of condoms because some women are allergic to latex. Their real goal is to spread their retarded morals on the rest of humanity because they think they know what is best, when in fact they are some of the most uneducated, and ignorant people on the face of the planet.

  • Pregnancy can also kill women. Deaths due to pregnancy are rare, just as are deaths from use of hormone based birth control products are rare.

Interesting how they don't mention that. I would love to see a side by side number comparison with the number of deaths directly caused by complications from the pill and the number of deaths caused by pregnancy/childbirth. I have had a number of friends have ectopic pregnancies which can cause death if not properly treated.

  • @Julietjeske

How would we know how many people are dying from the pill? People in the 1940's onward I'm sure never heard about the major health defects or the number of deaths caused by smoking cigarettes.... Not even by the American Cancer Association which should have been the watchdog of American health. Rather, I believe these numbers are not brought to life because of the money involved. Pill manuf's make millions-PlannedParenthood makes millions from gov't money.Agendas are def involved

  • @Julietjeske With the pill you can also have an ectopic pregnancy so that's irrelevant. There are also other methods to prevent pregnancy like condoms, diaphragma and nfp. No one has an excuse to take the pill. Yes it's simple and it prevents pregnancy but at what cost? I myself was 2 days at the hospital because of the side effects of the pill and don't want to experience that again. It's much better to do nfp and use a condom when you're fertil.

  • @Julietjeske ectopic pregnancies are usually the result of having contracted an STD previously.

  • @o0katiekins0o

The biggest risk factor is actually maternal age. So being over 35 is the biggest risk. I know several women who had an ectopic pregnancy which used to be fatal, and most of them were over 35 years old when it happened.

  • @Julietjeske interesting how that's also the age in which taking the birth control pill becomes more risky. for most women the standard days tracking method is a simple easy and effective birth control method without needing to take a pill. you might check out cycle beads. they're 95% effective when used correctly. and you don't have to worry about taking a pill everyday.

  • @o0katiekins0o Well of course, but ectopic pregnancies have nothing to do with the pill, so you are just changing the subject. If you want to use natural method of birth control, then go for it! But no one should infringe upon the rights of a woman and her doctor if they choose a method like the pill.

  • @Julietjeske no one is suggesting we remove that option from women. i was on the birth control pill for over 3 years. but i believe that women should be made more aware of the risks and side effects before being encouraged to take hormonal birth control. and also women should be informed of natural options as well. i would have opted for natural had i known such an option existed when i first began taking birth control. but because a doctor "strongly urged" me to take hormones, i did.

  • @o0katiekins0o there are plenty of people who would love to see all forms of birth control banned, or made illegal. There are even countries where this is the law of the land, so I would have to disagree with the statement "no one is suggesting" you may not be suggesting it, but you are not everyone. I tried the pill and I hated it. But my mother had four children using natural methods...as did my aunt. My mother wanted children, just not all four of us in a five year span, so go figure.

  • @Julietjeske sure. i think we're just seeing this issue differently. i'm tired of living in a country in which people take medications into their bodies simply because a doctor prescribed it to them. i want to encourage all people to become educated about the risks and side effects of medications before they take them and not simply put things into their bodies based on little else but blind trust. we have to be our own advocates when it comes to our health. reproductive or otherwise.

  • @o0katiekins0o If you have access to a computer and/or library and are not informed about the risks and benefits of your medications/treatments, then it's partly your own fault.

  • @NDNgirl4ever absolutely! i don't disagree with that point at all! people should make an effort to become more informed about the risks and benefits of everything their doctors prescribe. but that's why videos like this are important. people need to be made aware that they cannot blindly trust a person simply because that person happens to hold a degree.

  • Women need to take charge of their health and stop taking this dangerous drug.

When the male contraceptive pill caused mild side effects on men in test studies,(shrinking the testicles) development of the drug was dropped. "

When the Pill was tested in Puerto Rico, several women died. The Pill's developers continued and millions of women take it today without knowing the risks to their health (stroke, cancer) and that, sometimes instead of preventing pregnancy, it killls their babies.

  • Which they didn't want in the first place, otherwise they wouldn't be taking the pill. So what's the problem again? Every packet of birth control pills comes with a description of the risks. Almost every woman is warned ahead of time by their doctor about the risk as well. This "they don't know the risks" stuff is total garbage.

  • You are wrong. Try going to Planned Parenthood clinic (most of them being in neighborhoods with a high percentage of ethnic minorities) and see if they tell the patients anything about the risks.

I worked at a clinic and this was rarely done. So please spare me the they know the risks speech.

  • I have been to a PP clinic, which is why I know you're lying. I have been on birth control, I have been to Planned Parenthood (among other clinics) to get that birth control, and with each visit and each pack, I was given a list of health warnings, as well as an explanation that the pill won't work if I don't take it regularly. Those clinics that don't explain the risks are an exception, not a rule.

  • Wow. I can barely believe my eyes. This is the most despicable, deplorable, blatantly political crap on which I have laid my gaze. Anyone who is involved with, finding themselves in agreement with, or even mildly sympathetic to this cause are the lowest form of humanity on the planet. Ignorant. Blind in the face of history. Hateful. Addicted to zealotry. Pick your fucking poison. Satan has a special place in Hell for you folks. Don't forget your god damned sunscreen.

  • It is interesting to note that Carl Djerassi, the Austrian chemist and co-inventor of the 'pill', has now admitted its catastrophic consequences.....

  • Great video!

  • this is bullshit don't listen

  • Actually it isn't. I'm so glad this information is out there and more women need to learn the facts about this drug.

  • Yeah, but I would love to see that information deattached to any religious related institution.
