okay, this is frustrating. I finally downloaded photoshop and i can't find any good tutorials. Like none of them explain anything, they just show them making them over, with no explaining whatsoever. Please can someone tell me where to find a good tutorial? thanks!

actually half the things i want to do (make hair longer, fix eyeshadow, etc.) i cant find what i want. all i can find are tutorials (where they speak to you) for similar things.
