  • @LoveMb99 I usually work out in the morning shortly after I get up because it gives me energy throughout the rest of the day. I find that if I work out in the evening i'm too wired and can't go to bed earlier. I usually stretch right before bed though.

  • We used to have to do flutters in gymnastics. We had to be in a thing called hollow position where your shpoulders and head and stuff r off the ground and you legs are and you flutter for like a minute thirty then do it on ur stomach. And our hands weren't under our butts. lol.

  • glad your trying to get healthy, but be careful when you are doing the exercises. some of the moves you did quite wrong and that could lead to a serious injury. trying buying a workout dvd, they teach you the correct technique and they are great fun.

  • people who THINK tht they are over weight..... check with ur doctor and if ur doctor says ur overweight then of corse ur overweight but if ur doctor says nothing about you being overweight, then ur not!

  • I do all of these excersises in dance and it does get easier over time. Also we call the "peeing dog" the " dog on a fire hidrent"

  • not being harsh but you're doing most of these wayyy wrong! when doing crunches and stuff you need to keep your back completely flat on the floor and oull your belly button towards your spine. basically your arching your back on pretty much every exercise and that will a. hurt your back and b.not actually do you any benefit! you need to do more reps aswell and when you do crunches you need to put your fingers on your temples to stop yourself pulling your head up and hold the crunch!

  • For lower abs you can try writing numbers 1-10 with your legs in air.Make sure your hands are under your butt and that you don't put your legs down not even once before you are done with all 10 numbers.

    And you do squats wrong.When you say "keep your back straight" you was supposed to keep it like 90 degrees angle between your back and floor.Also if you do it slower it will have stronger effect and it will include more muscles.

  • @KikikiHello For example, when you do squats, only go as low as if you'd sit in a chair before going up. When doing crunches, keep your elbows out and don't use momentum, just pull yourself up slowly with your stomach muscles. When you're on all fours moving the leg up and down, make sure you keep your back straight and don't arch it... x

  • exercises are okay, i believe the best way to stay fit is to play sports. you can get toned a thousand times faster.

  • what you could do for a better result is when ur doing the one before the 'peeing dog', instead of only bringing ur leg up, also bring ur opposite arm up. so when u bring ur left leg up, bring your right arm up, too. and when u bring ur right leg up, also bring up your left arm.

  • You need to push your elbows back during sit ups. Your supposed to not see ur elbows.

  • If you find that you have a hard time keeping your feet on the ground while doing sit-ups or crunches, put your feet underneath a dresser or your couch or something that's raised off of the ground a couple of inches. That way you can do more effective crunches because I don't know about you, but that's my biggest problem with sit ups and stuff. Thanks! Great video!

  • anoth good ab workout is called six inches. its where you lay on the roun and hold you legs about six inches off the groung. and everytime you do it you should be able to hold it long each time.
