Ok, you have a great look, really even and strong tonal quality to your voice, and you strum well. My only criticism with your singing is that you emphasize consonant sounds too much. Draw out the vowel more, and minimize the consonant, using it only to add color and definition to the words you sing.

The microphone IS an improvement! Yay! I hadn't watched this last night when Husband was playing MyHope through an external audio device and I was whining, "Make it looouuuder!"

(So then he played it through Live and Guitar Rig, and then played with making it old-timey, and then... you know what happened after that.)

The new mic sounds great! Uke isn't boomy anymore and your voice is much more full and dynamic, especially on the Tally Hall cover. Large diaphragm condensers are the only way to fly. If you get a chance someday try recording with a tube mic or nice tube preamp. It makes all those wonderful sounds even warmer and sweeter.

Excellent work on your music and videos, by the way. Ever think of trying a Jellyfish cover?
